In 1994, J. D. A. Ventures Ltd. began with a blue Ford F350. Since then, J. D. A. has grown to 40 + trucks and 50 + employees. Based in Grande Prairie, AB and serving North East British Columbia and North West Alberta, J. D. A. strives to integrate the latest technology with old-fashioned service. With our computerized dispatch and GPS tracking, our trucks are always headed in the right direction.
With our wide selection of equipment, J. D. A. can meet the needs of today’s Oil and Gas Industry. Our fleet consists of pickers ranging from 5 ton to 45 ton, bed trucks from 340” to 385”, texas beds, and tri drive and tandem drive winch tractors. J. D. A. has the right equipment to serve the industry’s oilfield hauling and hotshot needs.
Our fleet of latest model equipment is kept well maintained in our new 10, 000 sq. foot facility. Fully equipped not only to serve our fleet’s needs, but also the individual needs of our clients.
Owner, Jarvis Dawson, is very proud of the company’s 50 + well trained, hard-working and safety conscious employees who are dedicated to quality and efficient work. J. D. A. ’s management and support team are committed to enforcing all aspects of our safety program. It is our goal to ensure that through monthly safety meetings, strong policies and procedures and follow through that safety is and will remain J. D. A. ’s #1 priority.
J. D. A. is devoted to caring for the community. We are a well-known sponsor of many youth sports teams, 4H clubs and children’s charities.
