Counselling is available for a variety of issues. Jennifer brings her expertise to our community and is excited to work in the town she has grown to love. Telepsychology via phone or video also available.

I work with teens, adults, couples and families with a variety of presenting issues including relationship wellness, addiction, mental health, concurrent disorders, life stress, infertility and grief. Through the use of a variety of therapeutic modalities, my aim is to individualize your therapeutic experience and optimize change for you and your family. Together we can look at the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that are keeping you stuck in unhealthy patterns and develop new strategies to increase your life satisfaction and overall wellness.

My professional experience within a residential addiction treatment centre, community counselling centres and medical facilities addressing various addictions, mental health, personal, and relational concerns has been a valuable part of my professional journey and I bring that expertise to my private practice.

As your therapist, I hope to help you recognize your strengths and potential, increase positive life experiences, and build capacity to cope with life's struggles.
