Jerome Hair Salon

I have been a client at Jerome's for 13 years. When I initially called I asked for a senior stylist who knew how to cut curly hair. Trina cut my hair that first time and I have NEVER let anyone else style my hair since. She helped me transition from really short, unmanageable curly hair to a longer style that works left curly OR straightened. Initially I had another stylist colour my hair, but gradually this transitioned to Trina as well. Trina has helped me embrace my incoming grey hair with foils that are artistic and beautiful and people think I am younger than my 53 years. Cannot top that as an assessment. I would not hesitate to recommend the salon and the staff. From the greeting I get when I arrive (Love Andrew!) to the outcome, I feel beautiful every time I leave. THANK YOU!

Very disappointed in the customer service I received after one of the colourists ruined my hair by dying it red. I had to pay to correct a big mistake that was made and the owner was combative and condescending in his email to me after I explained what happened. I'm sure there are some good stylists there (in fact, Trina was great at trying to fix my hair, but I still had to pay for it), but if you have a bad experience, don't expect to have anyone make it better for you. I am so sad towards the whole experience I had there as now I'm left to spend hundreds of more dollars correcting this. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

Absolutely horrible. I waited over half an hour for a consultation on previously damaged hair. SYLVIA, was rude and gave me all of 7 minutes before she rushed me out so she could see her next client. Will not return and definitely will not recommend to anyone.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair. Jerome is the best!
