I recently did a kitchen reno and ordered new high end Fisher&Paykel gas range and fridge from Jerome's Appliance. Upon arrival the range oven was not working properly. It would heat to required temperature then shut down. I called my sales person and returned to the store to look at other ranges assuming I could exchange the non functioning stove. After looking at several options and getting costs, on my way out of the door I was informed that the company would not have a use for my dysfunctional appliance. My first thought was, you are not standing behind the products you sell and you think I would purchase anything else from your store!?!? After several attempts at dealing with Jerome's I finally went directly to Fisher&Paykel myself. I got some satisfaction from them in the fact that they are extending my warranty by one year, so a 2 year warranty, and replacement if it quits working again. In the meantime I received a call back from Jerome's asking me to try lighting my stove insinuating that I didn't understand how to do it correctly. So condescending I could hardly believe he would actually do that. I will never walk through the doors of Jerome's Appliance Gallery Inc. again and neither will my family, friends or colleagues.

Went in to ask about gas ranges and the staff were very knowledgeable and honest. Got the pros and cons of everything without the sales pitch. Much better experience than other appliance stores visited recently.

Very knowledgeable, eager to help us purchase the appliances we liked at incredibly competitive prices. We felt no sales pressure, unlike the other large box appliance stores where you feel like a piece of meat the minute you walk through the doors.

Highly recommend. Leave the big box stores for builders. Go here!
