Very good halal place to eat, food is fresh, tasty, and largely portioned. My man Eyad hooked us up with great customer service and all the guys are friendly and remember us.

I went for dinner on a Wednesday night, just after the dinner rush, and had a great experience. The portions are HUGE, the food was great and the service was excellent - efficient but very friendly and welcoming. Eyad treated us to complimentary tea, vine leaves, baklava and the best falafel I've ever had. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Best SHAWARMA in the city. I went to the Royal Oak location for the first time last Saturday and 4 days later I was back again. Amazing Beef Donair Wraps, extremely FRESH Greek Salad and I love the falafel. And to satisfy your sweet tooth......delicious Baklava! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, a HUGE shoutout to Eyad for his excellent customer service.

I love going there.

I'm torn on how to rate this place. The first time was 4 stars and very good experience. Today's experience not so much. The food was great but the experience was baffling. First problem was arriving at 12 noon and the place was very quiet this was not the case last time. The problem was despite being void of customers there was no beef Kabobs for 20 min and only one Chicken which my wife had. How do you not have lunch ready for 12 is a mystery along with where did the customers go. We push on and my wife orders by the number on the menu which confuses the server - ok? I order the donair thinking I'm getting the wrap and the wife orders the chicken with no rice. I get the platter and the wife gets rice. I'm just happy to have food at this point and the wife makes them fix up the order. The food was very good but I think they need to work on the staff to get the customers back. I spoke with the manager and recanted what I posted here to which he apologised and explained they have a lot of new staff. Good place but needs work.

Very disappointed in how the customer ahead of me was treated. The group of 3 men had ordered two plated dinners and one Shawarma wrap. As the man was paying a lady behind the counter lifted the lid for the heated press which knocked the tray with the wrap on the floor. There was no apology and when the tray was handed back to them to maybe make another wrap the refused and said that it was his fault because he didn’t move the tray. When I mentioned it was their error they just offered to cut off the exposed part of the sandwich. I wonder how the health inspector would feel about this??? I have never seen such utter disregard for a customer. They lost the repeat business of 4 customers today all over a $10 shawarma.

Shame on your service today.
