After going to other dress specialty shops the staff here at Jessica & Belle Rykiss Bridal was OUTSTANDING, treated my daughter with respect, and made her feel like a princesses....which when spending this kind of money a customer spend expects nothing less! Highly recommend, small but professional with a fantastic selection and the BEST customer service for Bridal and Grad dresses!

Do not come here! I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life. We told the seamstress Patsy exactly what we wanted for our alterations and she was very rude and not very helpful. My cousins dress that was ordered in that was apparently "new" was shorter than the floor model and looked used. My dress had sweat stains on it and deodorant stains that I noticed when I came to pick up the dress after all alterations were made It looks like they let someone wear my dress. Also the sleeves were poorly done and I had to take it to another seamstress to remake and reattach the sleeves. They also charged us outrages prices for minimal alterations. I'm very displeased with this service.

HORRIBLE experience!!!! Go anywhere but here! They ordered me the wrong style in the dress that I selected, for a wedding party that I was in. They refused to take accountability. Blamed me. Lectures how it was my fault. Extremely rude, condisending. And now instead of wearing the beautiful dress that I picked out, I am stuck with an ugly dress that looks like something you find in someone else's attic.
Don't expect to get what you pay for here people!

A bit difficult to get to due to the location on Macleod. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's an extra fee for plus size however. They explained that it is from the designer, but they could choose to only work with non body shaming designers if they wanted to. Would have been less stressful for me to shop online.

This store has a good selection of dresses. The only downside is that they are all in bags, so it is really hard to tell what a dress looks like. The staff were good but my only complaint was that they didn't have big clips to secure the dress. The saleswoman had to hold it by hand. I didn't purchase my dress here, but my bridesmaids purchased their dresses. I compared prices to another store and they were the most 'wallet friendly.'

Being from out of town, we came to Jessica Bridal literally right after a horrific experience at another Salon. I was mentally done shopping and just wanted to call it a night, but we wanted to try one more place before we left the city. We walked in literally 20 minutes before they closed hoping to just look at a couple dresses and coming back later on to try on. I had previously tried on a dress at another salon a few months ago that i thought had been "the One". I told her about it and what i wish it had more of, and within 2 minutes of us being in the store she had the EXACT idea of what i wanted. She led us over to a dress they just got in that day, pulled it off the mannequin, and let me try it on. I hadn't even made it out of the dressing room before my sister-in-law was crying. We had found THE DRESS! The ladies there were so amazing, and really gave me the bridal feeling. They made me feel like I mattered and that i wasn't just someone buying something. They were super friendly and super helpful, and i am so freaking glad we ended up going there! I definitely recommend to give them a shot. I was ready to wear a paper bag on my wedding day, and they helped me feel excited about it again!!

When you first enter the store, it can be very deceiving. My friend and I were shopping for grad dresses and when we first came in we immediately thought there was not a very good/big selection of dresses. The staff was very helpful and sweet about alterations. We both ended up getting our grad dresses from there within an hour. The dresses are definitely hit and miss so keep an eye out for the nice ones. Also, look at the bridesmaid dresses because they have a nice variety and can be used as a grad dress. The prices are very good, so I would highly recommend for a shopper wanting to stay within a decent budget.
