I have had dealings with Maxime's for many years and having dealt with Dalia and Matthew for many of them making each new purchase easy with their experience and knowledge, I also find other staff like Matthew and Kristina ensure I have a great experience at their shops regardless of what I stop in for.
Maxime's is an amazing shop for jewelry, pens, watches, cufflinks, wedding/engagement rings and in fact it is even more than what some would consider a 'buying experience'. Maximes is a relationship purchase. When you purchase that special item for yourself or for those you love enough to give them the best you start a relationship with people whom care enough to make sure you get exactly what you wanted, whom care enough to take care of any needs after your purchase and whom care enough to continuously educate themselves on the industry and offer the best possible advise and items for your purchasing needs.
This is a relationship with a locally owned, family business that after you deal with them you will find other reasons to buy other items from them just to have that same experience you had on your first purchase. The relationship exists from that first time because they never forget your face or name and they always make you feel welcome even if just stopping in to say hi or thanking them again for that perfect item.
There is no single reason for me to go anywhere for any of my jewelry/watch/pen needs ever again for Maxime's and the family and staff continue to fulfill all my needs everytime!

My husband was clueless when looking for my engagement ring since I hadn't given him any ideas of what I wanted. He isn't the most patient shopper, so I was SO pleased when he told me he actually had a great time picking out my ring and that instead of being pushy, the staff were informative and went above and beyond to answer all his questions and help him select that perfect ring that suited me... And let me tell you I am so in love with what he chose! When we went back to select our bands, I was blown away with the knowledge the staff had about all their products and was so pleased with how quickly our rings came in.
My favorite thing about the store is that they provide complimentary cleanings and polishing for life on their products! So anytime I'm in the mall doing some shopping, I can drop my rings off with the trusty staff and come back to a sparkling ring that looks new again. I am so happy my husband chose Maxime's and I would 100% recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I almost always find something new there that I love! I usually end up treating my friends and family with a new and exciting Tacori piece, and they can order in any piece that I want! Amazing customer service here, I always feel like I am part of the family.

The knowledgeable staff made shopping for an engagement ring so much easier. I knew nothing about diamonds (or jewellery) walking in, and I learned so much from them. It's amazing that I actually got to sit and talk to a gemologist about diamonds and was actually able to physically look at the diamond. I always receive amazing customer service from both locations and highly recommend checking them out.
