What an amazing start to my day! Went to pick up my vehicle from Hansen Ford as my defrost heat fan didn't work after I had the windshield wiper motor replaced. The tech people (who were very nice and helpful there, AND happy to see you) said he was at a loss as all of a sudden it just started working. He said if it happens bring it in right away and we'll look again. There was no charge for the time it took to try and figure out the problem 😁 AAAANNNNND ~ when I got in my vehicle it was CLEAN. They washed and cleaned the inside for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you Hansen Ford ~ you made my Christmas Season🎉🎄

Had a fantastic experience at Hansen Ford on November 3, 2017. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and gave me prompt service. I received a personal call from Grant who explained what was done to my truck. I felt very confident that my truck was in the best of care and I was not disappointed. Hansen Ford provided me with the best of service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.

We had two different vehicles that we were interested in for our daughter. Both were comparable in price, safety features and design. In fact, there may have been a couple features we preferred in the other vehicle at another dealership. However, our salesperson at Hansen, Billy Rodger, is the reason we purchased our Escape. He showed a genuine interest in our family and in our safety concerns with purchasing a vehicle for our 16 year old daughter. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Ultimately, I appreciated his approach. He was not pushy or 'showy' in his sales pitch, but was still diligent about making a sale. He sent a text and email right after we left the dealership the first time. I appreciate people who are good at their jobs and show a genuine concern for the people they deal with.

Fast, friendly and professional service. Things go real quick with lots of explanation to the customer. When they ask me before replacing a part, I know they ask it because it really needs to be changed. I trust their honesty.

I just bought my first new car from Billy Rodger at Hansen Ford, and I'm beyond happy with the service and care they took throughout every step of the process! I'd been to a couple other dealerships in town and it was looking like I'd be paying a fairly high interest rate to get a used vehicle, but after talking to the sales people and finance managers at Hansen, I wound up driving away with a brand new car and a low interest rate! They did an incredible job helping me find a car within my price range, and getting me good financing (especially considering I have absolutely no credit to speak of.) I would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone, regardless of credit, or how much money they have in their pocket!

The price I paid for a new sunroof was outrageous. I can buy the same thing elsewhere for almost exactly half the price. Total rip off. Didn't even clean up the glass from my truck properly. I could have bought three windshields for the price of the glass in the sunroof. On the good side the girl that served me was excellent to deal with, very polite and courteous. It's the ridiculous price i was charged for the roof itself that is the issue.

Jim Hansen's Gateway Ford was excellent to deal with when buying a new vehicle. The atmosphere is great, with knowledgeable friendly staff and they are very accommodating with providing complimentary shuttle service and doing accessories. I would recommend this dealership.

Review is for the service department, I haven't bought anything there. Naomi the service advisor genuinely cares about making sure you get excellent service. She found I was still eligible for a pre-paid Ford service package that another dealer had told me had told me was expired. The service advisors are straight-forward and upfront about costs and options and don't push anything if you choose to defer. Quickly informed me about, and accepted the responsibility (and cost) for a broken part that may or may not have been their fault.

I had Sam as a salesman. I walked in looking for a salesman and he was the first to get up and shake my hand! He was so helpful and informative, really goes the extra mile for you. Understood how I didn't want my credit pulled until I knew what I wanted which made me feel comfortable and not pressured. Understood what my budget was and didn't push me into something i didn't need or couldn't afford. Got me into a brand new F350 super duty. Tim was great explaining and re explaining the finance aspect. Explained the extended waranty and care packages that I needed to suit for my needs. The sales manager was really informative and available. All of ford is amazing at answering any questions and don't beat around the bush!! Some really straight up guys who seem to be in your best interest. Really made me feel proud about buying my first truck. Thanks so much!!

Went to Hansen Ford to buy my first new car, already pretty set on what I wanted. I dealt with Richie in sales, and he picked out the perfect car first try. Had an amazing experience with him, the sales manager who gave me a great deal on the car, and with Tim in financing. Had to go back a couple times to deal with paperwork issues, and Tim made sure I got the best deal possible and that I walked away totally satisfied. It was a great first experience buying a car!

These guys at Ford did such a great job with helping me get my very first car. They are so patient and easy to deal with. They definitely went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal. I definitely will be doing more business with them. ❤
