While I have known Jeremy in a professional capacity for a number of years, and have always been appreciative of his innate talent for capturing and finishing amazing moments, I am truly and positively taken aback by the business he and Jen have built and packaged around this passion.



Our family decided to work with JM Photography for our newborn baby girl Aria’s, infant photo-shoot. From the onset, my wife Melanie and I were very impressed all around.



The overall Customer Experience was nothing short of excellent. Jen and Jeremy kept us informed at all times, guided us through their processes, and were highly responsive regarding all questions as they arose. They went above and beyond to ensure that, when there was a minor technical delay, that the overall timeline for completion did not shift and ensured we received complimentary product for our troubles.



The JM Photography photo-studio is child-friendly, clean and uncluttered, and overall is a very comfortable space, both to shoot and subsequently work through the print selection process. I have been to other studios which also serve as the photographer’s principal residence, and they have either been somewhat stifling or “seem” as though you are in a family’s personal space. At JM Photography, we were made to feel welcome in a well-lit and enjoyable environment.



The JM Photography pricing scheme is in the realm of what is competitive currently, and is structured simplistically but with the inherent maximization of value as you move upward through the available packages. What I did think was wonderful is that Jen and Jeremy used their packaging list more so as a starting point and were willing to make exceptions, such as changing products for other like-value products within the package we chose. That lack of rigidity was really inherent throughout all our dealings - I didn’t mention that they worked around my sometimes unpredictable work schedule to accommodate our print selection session.



And finally, the product. Ours arrived probably 3 weeks or so after our print selection session and it is immaculate. JM Photography takes a lot of pride in their shots, but it is also apparent they take a lot of pride in their brand and subsequently are very stringent as to what third parties they partner with for the actual prints. Our prints are nothing short of incredible.



I would, without a doubt, utilize JM Photography’s services again and recommend them to a friend or family member, and as well to you.
