‘Off the shelf’ customer service and delicious food! The Farmers Market chicken salad was the best dinner salad I’ve ever had.

The managers and servers had a genuine gift of hospitality and took great joy in making our experience memorable.

Can’t wait to go back.

What an amazing experience, our server , Jordan was fantastic, he made us all feel so comfortable and the steaks were awesome, I will recommend Joeys Chinook anytime, keep up the great service

We had the best Fish and Chips at your restaurant yesterday! It was not on the menu but the chef gladly accommodated our request. The Basa fillet was so fresh, very tasty, crispy and golden on the outside and moist on the inside. The chips/fries were perfectly seasoned as well! The staff was very nice and helpful. Joey is all about good food, nice place and excellent service! We will definitely come back!

We had date night on April 20th. Sarah S was our waitress, she is phenomenal! Very attentive, friendly, quick and so personable!! Great job Sarah S (with the Pomeranian) for making our Joey's Date Night a great experience. PS looking forward to seeing you soon for lashes XO

This is my first time here and the pasta sauce that i have been looking for is in the rastaurant. the dessert was so good. Servers are great friendly and always smiling

Our first time there and we loved it! On the rooftop patio, David , our server was very attentive! Drinks were great and so was the food! But service was outstanding—- I was so very impressed! Definitely recommend and will be back!

Looks so gorgeous! Haven't been in years and the menu was exquisite. Our waiter Dylan was so polite and went above & beyond to make sure my friend and I were well taken care of �

Joey has always been my fav place to go! Since the reno's, the place looks amazing! It's so much more open and less crowded feeling, makes the experience so much better. The service is always friendly and awesome, and the food is to die for! They've got great chefs in the kitchen and nice front of house staff. 100% recommend to anyone! Every single one of the appies are delicious, my favourite part of my meal! Steak & sushi/steak & prawns/ bistro plate are the best! Great ceaser's too!

Joey Chinook just reopened after an extensive renovation. For those of you who endured the location because you love the brand but hated the space, your going to be proud to tell friends and family to meet you there for a bite. Just like the Reno done at Barlow, this one is open yet intimate, fun and exciting! Of course the food is great and the service outstanding!!

Had an amazing dinner tonight. still stuffed. the wine sample was nice to have.

Food and service were excellent. Had the farmers salad and my husband the steak with blue cheese. I don't generally like to pay for a salad in a restaurant, but it was very fresh and the golden beets were a great touch.

Excellent meals and service. Can't wait to go back! We had the chicken peanut salad, the butchers sandwich and the blackened salmon dish. Perfectly cooked and delicious.

Beautiful renos. The Place looks amazing and super clean. Service is wonderful ! Sarah is by far the best waitress I've had in calgary. And I eat out a lot. Shes smiley and fun to deal with .Sandy the manager is great ! He took care of my shrimps even if I didn't ask him to (nothing was wrong with them I'm just fussy with sea food ) !

Overall ... I had an amazing night. Fast and fun service. Great atmosphere . Perfect team !



Ps:they now have a Dj on Fridays and sat and open later (2am Ish )

2nd Review: Wish I could write two reviews... so I am editing this one. The service and food here is absolutely fantastic! - The staff is friendly and engaging. Alexandra was our server this time and was awesome. Such a great atmosphere. I highly recommend any of the sushi plates here. Obviously very well managed.



Original Review: Love the new look. Its very open now. The food and service are great as usual.

The place is popular and no wonder as the service and quality of the food is excellent. Unfortunately, some dishes on the menu did not appear to be good value for money (portion size out of alignment with the cost). For example the BBQ salmon rice bowl I had was served within a few minutes of ordering and very tasty, but I was hungry an hour later.

Service was excellent. We were there early so it wasn't too busy yet.

Food was good but the menu changes were a little disappointing. Why did you take away the Lobster Grilled Cheese? At least 2 people in our party would have ordered that. And what you did to the Ahi Tuna Tacos is criminal!! They went from 4 in an order to 3 and they don't taste anywhere near as good. �. And they were my favourite!!

Drinks were delicious and the Happy Hour prices were an added bonus.

All in all still a favourite spot but definitely missing our go-to menu choices.

Went here yesterday for lunch, i have celiac disease so ordered the butter chicken off the gf menu. I am 6 months pregnant and got extremely sick three hours after i eat. I think it was food poisoning but cannot be sure also the service was absolutely awful on the patio! Long wait for drinks- didnt look like there was even a bartendar on at the time. Brutal service everytime i go to Joey's will not be back!

The service was excellent. My friend had a chicken salad that was well recieved.

I had the Salmon Rice Bowl. Meager portion of fish, a confused mixture of other stuff all drenched or should I say soaked in a terriaki-like sauce. It was an over-powering / sodium mess. I liked the recent interior renovation tho...
