What an amazing dinner tonight with the love of my life Nathan Ross. To the management, servers, and kitchen staff I applaud you for your exceptional service. You exceeded our expectations and the experience tonight was off the charts. Thank you for making my anniversary dinner so special.

We just ate supper here for the first time since you opened and are upset with ourselves that we haven't been here sooner! Our server Morgan was friendly and attentive, but also allowed us to eat our meal and enjoy some time without interruption which was so nice. The new Curry dip starter is delicious and we highly recommend it as the naan made in house is very very good. We both ordered steaks for our main dish and have to give two thumbs up to the chef that cooked them to perfection. Its not easy making a blue rare steak look that good and not bleed all over the plate. Both our steaks were amazing, tender and moist. We will definitely be making this one of our more regular dinner locations going forward and try out some other items on the menu.

We had the pleasure of having Lucy the night manager come to our table at the sherwood park location. She was so lovely. I've never had such attentive service thanks to her .....ever. We came for wine and left with love for this joeys. Lucy is what the service industry these days is lacking. This girl is awesome

Recently I have realized how much the staff at your location have impacted my Grandfather as well as our entire family.



I wanted to thank your staff for everything they have ever done for my Grandpa. He always enjoyed coming there and talking In particular with the bar staff. They treated him with such respect that he would call me in BC and tell me all about his experience each time as well as what was going on in the staffs lives.

I felt like I truly knew them as well as him.



Unfortunately 2 weeks ago, my Grandpa passed away. I came into the restaurant with my 2 closest friends and told the girl at the bar what had happened. She was truly heartbroken hearing the devastating news.

I invited her to tell the staff about the funeral service that was the following day. To my families surprise, we did notice that 4-5 people from the restaurant attended the service.



Knowing that my Grandpa had such an impact on these young people was truly heartwarming.



All in all, I just wanted to acknowledge that you have by far the most genuine and amazing staff I’ve ever come across.

Overall great place Great service and beautiful women. Food was excellent I had the sushi and steak and it was delicious. Will definitely go back

I wrote this last year! We just had lunch at Joeys Sherwood before heading home. A nice young man named Shawn waited on us and visited with us a few times during our meal. He asked us a little bit about what our plans were for the weekend. When it was time to bring the bill he took a little while. When he came back he asked our names shook our hands and then told us he wanted to finish up our trip by paying for our lunch. What a nice surprise. That has never happened to us ever!!!! Thanks Shawn!

I am so impressed with our server and meal. I have a severe mushroom allergy and a couple mushrooms ended up in my meal. Joey's made it right. Both my girlfriend and I were so impressed with the service. Thank you and we will be back!

Dear Joey's. I wanted to let you know that I regularly and consistently weigh other restaurants brands to your restaurants, and more so the Sherwood Park location. This evening my family and I went out and were served by Moe, and very shortly thereafter, Anita. Anita is an absolutely fantastic server. Our drinks never ran out, the food came as ordered, and my mother allergies were awesomely handled. I will continue to come back again-and-again. Thank you for great food and great service. The end of a long week is never wasted at Joey's Sherwood Park and I look forward to my next opportunity to go there.

A giant shout out to our fantastic waitress, Paege. She was super busy the entire evening, but still managed to read our minds and give us amazing service. A big shout out as well to all the other servers that helped us out (as well as the one that laughed as hard with us at the mini taco). Overall, such a fantastic evening! Beautiful patio. Went for lunch today. Service was good. Still not sure who our waiter was so many people but service was good. We went at 12:00. It was 2 when I got back home and I was hungry lol. Portions have been cut back I think no price change though.

I'm not usually inclined to rate restaurants, but I logged on especially this morning to comment on the experience I had last night in the dining section of Joey Sherwood. It was a good meal, but what really made the night was our server, who I believe was Jaqueline (sp?). She was outstanding. Bright, bubbly, knowledgeable...and I'm going to use an expression that I never normally would - delightful. She is an asset to your team, probably the best server we've encountered. Thanks Jaqueline!.

My husband and I usually love the food and service that we receive. We come here for special occasions. We went to Joeys on July 18th for our anniversary. Our waitress was not very pleasant and we barely saw her. She took our order and came with our bill. Other staff members brought us our food. No one spoke to us and overall it was a real disappointment from what we are used to especially on our anniversary.

Atmosphere is second to none, love what they have created here. Food is usually very consistent as well. However, service definitely lacks! Which, for me, is half of the experience. Between managers and servers, there were 8 ppl on the floor, only 6 tables occupied at the time, something terribly wrong with this equation. Joeys continues to hold the best restaurant in Sherwood Park, however, with The Keg opening this May and a few others, they need to step up their game.
