Awesome meal! Won a gift card to use here but will 100% be back. We had chicken parm poutein, fish & chips and crispy shrimp tacos. All were amazing especially the shrimp tacos Yum!

You start eating and soon realize your taste buds are dancing in heaven..

Half your order later your stomach is so full and you can't eat another bite...

But u can't stop...they are not just good. They are the delicious in deliciousness.

Whoever heard of cheeseburger poutine...??? Joey's Urban and totally delicious....

Went here yesterday for the first time ever. Great service, the young man who took our order was very helpful with my questions. Food came out pretty fast. I had the chicken taco and it was AMAZING. I was loving ever bite of it. I also had the philly steak taco, although I absolutely hated it .. I ended up just tossing it out after a few bites. Not sure what it was about it, but I just did not like it at all..

I actually got to use a gift certificate I won from Q99! I will be back in the future :)

I am very disappointed that I am unable to order a kids meal/poutine to go if there is no child present. Even though I enjoy your food, my family will not be eating at any of your joey/Joey's urban establishments again!

Skip the dishes seems to have priority over the eat in customers.

The fish & chips is really tasteless. I thought it was just a one time thing but I went again and once again, the fish had no taste whatsoever. The fries were very salty too.

I didn't really get to look at menu, but looking on wall there seems to be some of the upalongs food still there. The waitress didn't acknowledge us and eventually we left. I miss the old place more. There was my big clam chowder soup, better seats, and I was waited on.

Gravy was overly salty. Cheese was pretty chinsey on the poutine. You get very little meat in the tacos...maybe an ounce if you're lucky. Overly saucy. Wouldn't go back based on the cost and value and taste.

Arrived at 8:00pm, ordered 4 Tacos, was charged more price than displayed on menu screen when objected, was told that display is an old price (so either change price on screen or or honor it till changed).

Worst service in Grande Prairie

We used to love going here but the last several times have been worse and worse. Tonight was great because we could at least watch the Olympics while everyone that came in after us got their food and then get snapped at when we asked if perhaps our order had been misplaced. It was great to take our order back to the hotel and have no cutlery or even napkins in a "to go bag" whatever they changed in the last several months should be changed back.

Tonight was the first time my family and I ever walked into Joey's Urban. Say the least it was a HUGE disappointment. We sat and waited for almost an hour to find out that our food had been sitting in a to go bag on there counter for who knows how long. The lady at the counter was rude to my husband when he asked about our order. Say the least it will likely be our first and last time ever.

Personally think my girlfriend got food poisoning from this establishment. Not to mention the last few times I've thought about eating here I was easily persuaded to go elsewhere due to the lack of hair nets the line cooks wear, considering 3/4 of the employees have shoulder length hair or longer and every time you enter the business when there's no customers present all the employees seem to be in the back room, not very professional or hygiene orientated. This place was up for sale few months back and I can see the reflection in the quality of food and employee cleanliness of the restaurant.

Ordered Fish & Chips and the fries were verrrry salty, I couldn't finish as it was too much. Service was good though.
