Journeys of Life Counselling Services provides confidential long-term counselling / psychotherapy services virtually.

Journeys of Life Counselling’s goal is to help people identify what their strengths and limitations are in relation to their struggles and help determine possible areas of growth and change.

Counselling provides you with management and coping skills to help you stay grounded, and helps you deal with feelings and things you would like to change.

Journeys of Life Counselling provides individual; relationship;family and youth counselling in the areas related to anxiety /depression / personal stress / workplace stress / navigating discrimination & bullying / self-esteem / self-care and grief.

In addition to the above, Journeys of Life Counselling also provides a unique one on one 6 week anger management training with a counselling element. This is in recognition of the fact that some individuals work better individually than in groups. Please note that Anger Management can also be offered in a group setting if requested.

Stress management is also offered as above, customized to fit the individual and offered as a psycho-educational /individual counselling combination. Again, the same can be offered in a workshop format as needed.
