Spring is a time of rebirth, renewal & change. After the dark cycle of winter, come join us for an awakening Spring Self Love Day Retreat to align yourself with this change in nature. This will be a day to pamper yourself while gaining new knowledge on how to stay healthy with a season based lifestyle.
With Reiki Session in the Salt Cave we will find ways to bring more balance into our lives during this time of year.
During our retreat, we’ll discuss an overview of the seas...ons according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. We’ll take a deeper look at which organs & emotions are associated with the spring season.
After discussion, we’ll put that knowledge into place with a yoga practice that supports the organs associated with spring that need more attention and energy this time of year. Prepare for postures that are detoxifying to the inner organs, helping to clear out stuck energy & built up toxins (very beginner friendly, no yoga experience needed)
During our mid-day break, enjoy a spring essential lunch, featuring the foods most beneficial for the organs of the season.
After, we’ll use foods, herbs & essential oils associated with spring to create a facial mask. During your detoxifying mask, you’ll go deeper into relaxation with a Meditation practice using props.
Last, but not least, we’ll wrap up your day of self care by going through a beautiful Salt Cave Sound Bath, further focusing on the energy channels in the body associated with spring. You’ll leave this workshop with better self-awareness, as well as cleaner space in the body & mind to take advantage of all the benefits this spring season has to offer.

What an amazing experience I had today at the Joy and Vitality center. I like this place and owners who are friendly and welcoming. I had the Tibetan sound massage which I didn't know much about until today and have to say it was very relaxing and much needed after few stressful months. After massage I was treated with the oxygen coctail followed by 40 minutes of total relaxation in the salt cave. I have seen salt caves in Europe and knowing their benefits always wanted to try so I am glad I could do it in Calgary. There is much more at the Joy and Vitality Center and all is natural and organic. Love this place. I wish owners success.

This heavenly boutique is right in our back yard! The salt cave sessions make you feel like a million bucks (but don't cost that !), the yoga studio's walls are covered in beautifully lighted Himalayan salt crystals, the vitamin store....the café filled with delectable treats (all homemade....all healthy.....but keep this part a secret)....simply DIVINE....if you're looking for holiday gift ideas make sure you remember to pick something up for your stocking while you're at it!!!! I forgot to mention the lovely family that owns this business! oh and so much more.....

I enjoy the joy and vitality centre! The owners are amazing and extremely helpful. Knowledgeable in the products they offer. We have tried the salt cave and Buti Yoga, and enjoyed those classes. For me, I felt that I tasted the salt in my throat and lips after the halotherapy and I did feel a difference, being sensitive to dust, I did not sneeze (it did not irritate me) as it usually does. Yet to try the cafe. Worth a visit and explore! Make sure you have enough time to browse around.

I cannot say enough good things about the joy and vitality centre! The owners are amazing, extremely helpful and make an effort to remember everyone who comes in. The yoga classes and the cafe are wonderful too. I now have to try the salt cave!! Everyone should make a trip to this centre.

I am so grateful for the complimentary Salt Cave Sessions at the Grand Opening! I was a lucky soul that was able to sit in and take in the magic <3 Towards the end of the day I was beginning to feel a little tired.....I hopped into the cave......wow.....I could feel the weigh of my body as it completely relaxed while I received the gift of cleansing and time with my SELF.....that in itself was a gift :) At the end of the session I was revitalized, and felt I was ready for the evening activities.



I also stayed fuelled through out the day enjoying the ORGANIC CAFE...hehe......I had the Moroccan Soup, a Caprese Wrap, Oxygen Cocktail, a Fiery Hemp Elixir, A Giddy Up Cold-pressed Juice, and even a Hazelnut Cake <3



My day was filled with JOY & VITALITY.....and I look forward to building community with you ALL. Blessings and Love and Light <3
