JQA Capital was founded in 2019 to function as a long-term collaborative investor partnering with exceptional, enduring small and medium sized businesses throughout North America. As a group of strategic, entrepreneurial and growth-orientated investors based in Western Canada, We look to to invest in /acquire well managed companies with EBITDA between USD $500k-$3M across North America holding each portfolio company with no timeline to exit. Between all the managing partners, we have significant operational, financial and transactional experience. We work closely with our portfolio companies to proactively put in place a strategy that maximizes growth potential and value creation by emphasizing operational excellence and an efficient capital structure. We will continue to act as an effective sounding board for management without interfering in the day-to-day operations of the business. The principals of JQA Capital have invested significant personal capital in the fund and thereby have a vested interest in the success of every portfolio company.
