Those "kickbacks" you refer to are actually sales commissions for designers bringing clients into the showroom. It's standard industry practice at most suppliers and it comes down to the individual design professional whether or not that commission is passed on, split or retained. I have always found Julian's pricing to be fair and the showroom staff dedicated to achieving outstanding results, regardless of whether or not the sale is retail or to the trade.
