I had a wonderful experience getting a convertible car seat at Kacz Kids! The car seat tech (Brendan I believe) was extemely knowledgeable and patient as we discussed the pros and cons of different options, and tried my child in the seat and the seat in my car.

He also checked our current infant seat’s install and corrected an issue with it. I’d bought our infant seat at another store that says they offer install checks but when I took it there they glanced at it and said yep it’s in so was glad to have it properly checked.

Will be making this my go-to store for the big items as the service is great and prices are comparable. Worth the drive from the NW!

My husband and I had a great experience at Kacz' Kids! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, making shopping for baby as first time parents a lot less overwhelming! They really took the time to make sure we were well informed of all the options, helping us decide what would suit our needs the best. By far, the best place to shop in Calgary for your baby needs!

The customer service at this store is simply amazing. Sandra is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was shocked that she remembered my name and my sons birthday when I returned to the store a couple months after my first visit. I highly recommend this store!

I recently brought a product here (that was recommended by the owner) and came back later to ask questions about how to use it and 3 of the ladies there had absolutely no idea...and kept directing me YouTube or the products website. Pardon my bluntness, but the staff should be trained to be able to have a rudimentary knowledge of the products they sell. Otherwise, what is their purpose? To direct people to websites? The purpose of buying a product from a store is get the service that comes along with it.

Excellent and honest customer service!!! I went in looking for a new car seat because mine didn't seem to recline enough in the car. The gentleman working there walked out with the new car seat to test and see if the recline would be enough in my vehicle. He then noticed that all I actually needed to do was use a pool noodle to boost up the seat and make it recline properly! He could have taken huge advantage of me and gotten over a $600 sale, but instead was totally honest and fixed my problem with an $8 pool noodle!!

They even allowed me to nurse my baby while they got everything organized for me! I will be going to Kacz Kids from now on to make all major future baby purchases!

I recently had an awful experience here. The ladies working here were so rude to me after I ordered a stroller and car seat online. They were not helpful or nice to me while I was trying to find out when it was going to arrive. (I was told 3 days online when I ordered and it ended up being almost 4 weeks...) After I received a phone call saying it was in and ready to be picked up, I arrived only to be treated rudely again and was told No it was not in and they would not check for me. It wasn't until a different lady who works here came by and said she would check for me and it was indeed in. Terrible customer service!

Experienced great customer service at this store. Looked hard for a certain stroller, and Manager gave me details on why stroller was hard to find. However, said that they were getting it in stock in a weeks time and promised that if not received in that time, I would get 10% off the order. True to his word, the stroller arrived in time. Great to deal with, highly recommend shopping here.

Amazing customer service today! Thank you Sandra and I unfortunately can not remember the other lady's name but she was just as amazing. Seriously, these ladies were so great with my girls that my preschooler invited them to her birthday party. 😂🎈🎉 Today I was in to test out the glider board on my city mini GT. Right away Sandra grabbed the demo glider and showed me how to put it on and adjust everything and let me take it for a stroll to try out with my preschooler. This alone was so great to me as yesterday I was at another children's store and was told i could not try it out in store and if I bought one it would be final sale. I left empty handed and with a bummed out 4 year. I really wanted to try as my stroller is quite small and wasn't sure if my daughter would like it. Sandra was very knowledgable and so great with my girls. Today I left happy with our new glider board and of course a few little things for my girls. Thanks again ladies! Your customer service was great, very much appreciated.

It is a terrible experience. I made the order on March 8, after sending two emails and phoned them four times and went to the store in person, finally I received the products on April 25. I cannot believe it took two months to get the products. I purchased baby wipes (which are on sale )they are expiring within three months. went back to the store for return. they refused by saying that was final sale. it doesn't say when I made the purchase. Will never come back. it is ridiculous.

Kacz Kids is my favorite baby's store to go to. Sandra is wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. I love this store and would highly recommended it to new parents.

We are extremely satisfied with our recent experience at this location, especially with one employee –Marketa.
We found her to be extremely professional and welcoming in each visit. Marketa spent many hours with us, in the last few weeks, helping us choose items that we need for our upcoming birth.
It is very clear that she is well trained, experienced and very knowledgeable of all products in the store and is able to present the large variety of options, while highlighting the value, to help us make the best purchasing decisions for our family.
In addition, we are very satisfied with the high quality products (furniture, clothes etc) that we ended up with, as well as the store’s stock, delivery options and hours of operation. We will definitely continue to shop here in the next few years.

As a Calgarian, I love knowing that this local business is the gold standard in all things baby. We bought a full College crib and dresser set and the City Select stroller for our baby girl. The staff truly care and the store is beautifully organized and it is easy to find what you're looking for. They have top notch inventory and frequent sales. No pompous attitude like some of their competition. I am a real customer not affiliated with the business. Thanks Kacz' kids!!!
