Consulting
Kaizen Institute consultants assist client teams with achieving tangible results through rapid implementation. We facilitate the identification of challenges and lead client teams through the KAIZEN process to solutions. Breakthrough results are achieved using a variety of practical applications, which could include KAIZEN events, Value Stream Mapping workshops and professionally managed Lean projects.
Kaizen Institute consultants help companies make sustainable performance improvements to improve product and service delivery, cost, safety, and quality. We are experienced, hands-on practitioners with the ability to adapt Lean tools to the needs of your business. The focus is to “help you to help yourself. ” We empower your company to build and sustain a Continuous Improvement culture through knowledge transfer to key staff.

Training
There are two tracks for Kaizen training: Academy and Belt Certification. Contact us to determine which track is best for you.

Academy
The Academy provides a suite of in-depth courses with classroom instruction and on-site guided implementation within your company. Which courses you choose will depend on what results you are hoping to achieve.

Belt Certification
The Certification program provides a compressed instructional track that includes self-directed implementation within your company. The path to certification is through three belts: Yellow, Green and Black with examinations and demonstration of applied results.
