Jim and Mark understand how to give great customer service. They knew my name, arranged all the right parts to be there and did a great job on my (new) car, which came back clean. There were no surprises on price and the new wheel install was done perfectly, including bagging the tires and placing them carefully in my (brand new) car. I would highly recommend this location and will be back when it's time for my seasonal change.

Knowledgeable, friendly and customer service orientated staff. I'm a return customer because the service I had a couple of years ago was great. Came back because the price for the same tire compared to the dealer was literally hundreds of dollars less. The guys are great too. Highly recommend the Marlborough Kal Tire location.
