Kal Tire

It took me about a week to get through on the phone to make an appointment, every time I called I either got a busy signal or it just rang, and rang, and rang...and rang. Once I finally got through I sat on hold for 10 minutes before I was finally able to make the appointment. I chalked that up to being that it’s November and I imagine they’re busy with tire changes, etc. However, I’m sitting in there waiting for the oil change to be done and the whole time I’m there, the phone is ringing, NON STOP and I’m watching 2-3 employees stand there, right by the phone, not answering it, before all three eventually walk away, while the phone continues to ring... and now on to the oil change, about 1.5 hours in I went to ask what was taking so long, after some running around and obvious confusion, she tells me the manager is going to figure out what’s going on and he’ll let me know. It’s at this point I finally see someone actually doing something with the car. I never did have anyone come tell me what was going on. About 30 mins later, 2 hours total, my car is finally ready. 2 hours for an oil change seems ridiculous, even if you’re busy and backed up. Then I was spewed something about them running out of filters, whether it’s true or not someone should have kept me updated. I wasn’t even offered a discount. They’re clearly disorganized here, I certainly won’t be back to this location. I’ll try the one up the road next time.

If you were looking for excellent tire service, I highly recommend this location of Kal tire. Ben the manager and his team all are friendly, incredibly knowledgable and very helpful. They have taken great care of me, my family and friends, and I do not hesitate to recommend this location for all of your tire needs.

Booked an appointment for 8:30 am. They had my car on the lift at 8:40 and it was outside ready by 9:20. Very fast service and the two girls at the front were helpful with my questions. Will be returning for oil changes and tire rotation.

I initially wrote a review that said I was disappointed with Kai Tire. Upon reading my review, they called to see what they could do to help. The problem with my wheels are now resolved. I'm very impressed that customer satisfaction is such a priority for them. Nice folks too.

I'm writing on behalf of my Grandmother who brings her car here for everything not just tires. Curtis helped my grandma a month ago and made her feel comfortable and solved the problem quickly. She says he's wonderful. Last week she was back there with another small problem and thought it was going to be expensive and they solved the problem just as quickly and didn't charge her. She's 87 and can't believe how these "wonderful young men" treat senior citizens like herself. Thanks Kal Tire.

Accommodating. Friendly. affordable, plus very clear, and upfront. The staff at this location goes above and beyond making each visit a pleasure; Without a doubt making it my go-to spot!!

Do you like great customer service? Do you like honest repair quotes....even if you are a woman? Then this is the place for you. They provide full service repairs to your vehicle...not just tires!! Go see Karim or Curtis or any one of their friendly and helpful staff!!! You won't be disappointed.

I am so pleased with the service I have received at this location! I was in contact with Karim for a couple of days, and he was pleasant to talk to and very informative. Stan took the time to look at my vehicle and find the problem, and I am more than satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the repairs that were done. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have redone this Google recommendation from a couple of weeks ago. Initially I had also done 5 stars. However two days ago, when going in my trunk, I noticed my spare tire was actually my old flat tire. I called Kal and they immediately had me in. They looked for my old spare (couldn't find it) and replaced it with a brand new tire.

This, on top of my first recommendation of the friendliness and knowledge they share, I would have no hesitation in going back to them. I've a '93 Camry and I think she may need a starter soon....

Five stars at least! It was my first experience at this location. Great service and very welcome atmosphere! Ben is Fantastic; of course, very knowledgeable, and will give the best suggestion for your vehicle. His suggestion and quote on my tires came in the best in the city and would save me few hundred bucks, nothing wrong with that, right! As well, I had few little things to get done on my car that usually you would pay for elsewhere but it came in free of charge! It wasn't a big amount, but every dollar saved counts! I definitely, would recommend Ben and team to everyone, I will be a regular customer from now on 100%! - Dan
