Good customer service. Appreciated the reminder text the day before. They were putting on my used set of tires and made sure the best were on the front. Next day followup of bolt tightening was easy and again nice customer service.

The general manager, Dwaine, is amazing. Had an questions about rims I purchased used but he was kind enough to spend some time with me to help me out. Also gave me some great suggestions for tread, will be back for new tires for sure!

Great service! Took my car in to see if I could get a leaky tire patched on what looked like to be a busy Saturday for them. They were able to fit me in and get the work done quickly! Awesome service, will certainly be back!

Was in today for the first time to have a tire repaired. It was super fast and painless. Plus, everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and kind. They have earned by business - will be back to buy winter tires in a few weeks.

Brandon (Subaru guy) was an amazing person to deal with. He was very helpful, honest and made suggestions of what needed to be done. His tech Miguel performed quality work on my vehicle and put me at ease not worrying or questioning his workmanship. I will definitely come back with any of my automotive needs. Curtis and his team came through BIG time for me! Saturday late afternoon and I get a flat tire. Car could not be driven without ruining the tire so I had to wait for roadside assistance. I called Kal Tire and let them know the situation and Curtis was so kind.. He offered to wait for me even if it was after closing time. I was leaving for a driving vacation Monday morning so I really needed this fixed. I got there at 5:15 and he and his team had my tire replaced within 15 min. Stellar service. This isn't the first time they provided excellent service and I know it won't be the last. I will happily continue to use this location of Kal Tire

Excellent Service - the team got my truck in and changed tire right away; came back next day to torque the nuts and was completed in 10 minutes.

Did a wheel alignment along with an inspection to find out why my front right side of the car was bumpy. I did not wait that long and Brandon was knowledgeable regarding tires/car parts. Plus they didnt charge me for the inspection. Good place

Stopped by Kal Tire today, and not only did they repair one tire, but they repaired two tires free of charge! I was surprised in a good way from this news, and I will 100% bring my vehicle back for winter tires next fall, and for the other services they provide such as oil changes!

The staff were friendly & knowledgeable, and even informed me of when their tires go on sale!!

Honest business and great customer service! I went in expecting an alignment and tire balance after I've installed my winter tires myself. They done an alignment check, as well as a tire balance check, and concluded I didn't need those work done so I was not charged. That honesty is rare to come by. I'd definitely come back for future work.
