Kal Tire

Awesome service. Emailed for a quote on Thursday, had my tires installed Monday (could have had them on earlier but Monday was the earliest I was available). Was told he install would take 90 minutes but it was closer to only just over an hour. There’s a Tim Hortons conveniently across the street so you can go get a coffee and donut while you wait.

Two thumbs way up.

The best part about this place are the workers on the floor. 110% outta them most of the time. The fact you need to go through the front counter to get work done is the real killer. As someone who has bought tires/batteries from kaltire and someone who knows employees of this store, i urge this place to change the attitude of every front counter personal there. It affects workflow when every employee is disgruntled because a manager either doesn’t know how to do the job he’s been taught (the mighty “fast track system”), or they doesn’t care enough to fix the issue for an employee below them. This place has so many good workers, who can’t do their full potential because they’ve been “roadblocked” by a higher up. When the priority isn’t “respect management” and it’s “respect productivity”, this place will make leaps and bounds in the right direction

Booked in for tire repair at 11 am was done at 12 pm. While I waited had some delicious Starbucks coffee watch some curling on tv.Recieved text on my phone when was ready. Fully expecting to pay at least 40 dollars for repair. Kal tire did not charge me for repair as it was a safety issue. I wiĺl be back thank you again. Great service and great staff

This place is a mixed bag. I ordered winter tires and wanted them mounted on some nice new black rims for my tacoma. They didn't have the ones I liked so they had to order them in after choosing them out of a catalogue.

They took 3 weeks to arrive after he told me it would only be a few days. The representative Dan never informed me about all the plastic pieces bolted on or that they can be changed out for different colors. I do not want my wheels to be made out of plastic I felt very mislead and misinformed so I returned them immediately.

I decided to just get the rubber mounted on plain steels instead but again they took forever to come in. On both occasions that the rims took longer to come in I never received a single phone call saying they were having trouble or a call even when they did finally show up.

I should mention Dan seemed knowledgeable and very friendly but some poor decisions and /or oversights left me waiting a long time very unnecessarily. I will not be returning to Kal-tire!

I took my flat tire to Kal Tire and dropped it off. They said I would receive a text when it was ready. I did receive a text that said it was ready but when I went to pick it up it was still flat. I came back a few days later and picked it up. When I was given the Invoice they did not charge me. Not sure if it was for their error of just great customer service but it goes a long was either way and I won't forget it! Next time it's a 5/5 I'm sure!

Not good they forgot to order my tires from a week ago I drove my motorhome all the way there just to be disappointed and drive it back home again not good

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a kal tire was here. I got bumped because one of the front desk guys mother in law wanted her tires switched. then the front guys started having fights with the shop guys it was terrible I will never go back here. Ended up waiting over 3 hours. When I was promised it would take about an hour.

These guys have gone above and beyond for me. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong, but what stood out to me was how they handled it all. They resolved everything so fast and treated me so well! I will continue to go back to this location and highly recommend it.

The best car shop in Calgary. Assistant manager Shafiur is amazing, very knowledgeable, friend and accommodating. His team members are also very professional. Recommend this Kal Tire to everyone.

Very good service. I purchased new 16.5x8.5 tires for my RV. They removed the tires and kept my RV on jacks for 3 days, to allow me to repaint the rims. Prices in line with industry.

Excellent service and they don't try to rip you off

I got my brakes changed here... i went to flush my brakes. The caliper was seized on the front left i could not get it off without breaking it. Thanks kal-tire im out 800 bucks on a caliper.... I dont reccomend you take your bmw or mercedes here. I am beyond furious.. I will never ever step foot in another kal tire.. Oh btw 80 bucks for two brake sensors?? There $12 each you crooks...

This is my First time to Kaltire calgary Ab .waiting time more than 2 Hr Guys done my semi truck front wheel Balance .My total Bill $125.01 .. Dec 02 .16 .Then after Going back to Road my Semi truck start shaking more than double .i live n Vancouver Bc now Going calgary to Saskatoon.i m very nervous now & thinking about my truck wheels Lug nuts tight or not.this is my first time front wheel balance cost $125.01 .Driving semi truck since 2002.Always front wheel Balance cost not more tha $75.00 .Our British Columbia tire shops always Best .i m thinking But can I do know .Going to any tire shop on my way .But tmrw is Saturday.Today I wasting my time & money????👏👏🏿👏🏿🙏
