I had a great experience here and would recommend this place to anyone.

At first when I ordered tires there was a bit of miscommunication which ended up with some delays, but Jason reached out to me when he found out and was super helpful and genuinely caring.

To my surprise, when I went to pickup my car, they even put the installation of tires on the house because of the delay.

I will definitely be coming here more often for not only tires but other services they offer.

And the tires are a great price and value too!

Had a great experience here. Ordered tires and rims, set the appointment to have them installed and when I got there for the install, I was out before I could finish my coffee. Wow. They had installed the tires onto the rims prior to my appountment, nicely run operation. Andrew and Jason were a great help.

Great service, great products, and free popcorn white you wait. I highly recommend Kal Tire, and this particular location is conveniently near my house.

I bought a set of Michelin LTX MS/2 last Thursday from this location. Initially they were more $$. 265 plus 25 install plus 15 TPMS. It was fairly easy to get them to price match Costco online in chat. Worked out very close to Costco price in the end. Was probably in and out within an hour or so. The staff was very friendly. No complaints. 10/10 would do again.

Always get my winter tires from here. Always have the size I need. Good deals and good service! Nokian winter tires are where they are at.

I had a great experience, there was a bit of miscommunication of when my appointment was and I showed up a half hour late, and with only a hour till closing. But they were able to still get me in and get my new tires on by closing time, which saved me from having to take more time off work to come back another day. Very clean showroom and shop and great staff.

I booked an appointment to have my winter tires switched over to summer tires. It was booked for a Saturday and I drop my vehicle off late on Friday afternoon. I received a call from Kal tire no more than an hour later, advising that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Super pleased that they were able to take my vehicle in early and get the job completed. Great job folks.

The guys working in service are always super friendly and helpful. I have a difficult work schedule that makes it hard to bring my car in, but they helped me figure out a solution so I wouldn't have to miss work. Been coming here for years and they're always the best. They work very quickly!

They said I had a frozen brake caliper and I let these guys work on it. Replaced parts, got home, bolts weren't tightened. 1 year later I have another frozen caliper because they tore the rubber seals on the master piston. Careless work, don't go here.

Friendly staff prompt service with no appointment and close to work. I have used this location several times with my work truck and they have always been good

Fast and friendly. I find myself here often getting nails pulled out of my tires. I'm in and out . Not to mention while you wait you can watch some TV have a Java or a tea and relax. They make it easy... thanks guys

Great service and excellent work! I had called another Kal Tire location for a road hazard repair and was told to leave my vehicle for 24 hours.... no thanks.

I called this location (East Lake) and was told, no problem... should have you fixed up in an hour... They held true to the time estimate and I was on my way... They took excellent care of my vehicle. Price was excellent!... Much appreciated!
