Every time I go here, Chad remembers my name. That's crazy since I only go twice a year. Great service, awesome staff!

Called last week to book an appointment to put winter tires on, and was told that I would not need one since tires were on rims.

Arrived this morning before the store opened, but was told this was a lie and they were not taking customers today. They apologized for their error but were uninterested in making things better. I went across the street to Mr. Lube instead, who promptly served me.

Yes, they were worse than Mr. Lube.

Kal Tire on 32nd has superior service. I havent visited there for almost 2 years since I moved my workplace, but when I walked in Chad (the manager) immediately recognized me and greeted me by name. I asked for help with the TPMS on my wifes car, which was changed over at a different Kal Tire, and he helped without hesitation. Highly recommend this location for any of your automotive needs

My favourite tire store in all of Calgary. Chad and his crew will recommend tires based on your preference and you can trust their honest advice. I have bought tires there had service done and I can always depend on them. My trust and loyalty doesn't come easy and they have earned it.

This store is my only tire store in Calgary. I have purchased 2 full sets of tires in the last 3 years. The staff has always been friendly and prompt. Tires are excellent and competitive. In my recent visit on Saturday, Don and the staff managed to fix the issue in 3 hours after I brought the car in at a much lower price than I had expected. Thx for another great job.

Travelling through Calgary and we woke up with a flat this morning when we were leaving our hotel. Found Kal Tire and Chad & his team were excellent!! So friendly and made sure we were back on the road in no time!!

Chad and the entire staff at this location are amazing. Service is fast and worry free. The technical staff seem to be well trained and really care about your vehicle. I've had 3 separate vehicles get tires installed from this location and I wouldn't choose any other tire shop.

One staff always look over my vehicle make sure everything is smooth and good price. I'm thankful of one guy.

Love Kal Tire and this location is no exception! Got 4 new tires that were ordered and was able to get the tires installed the next day. Very friendly staff and was impressed with being met at the door when we arrived for our appointment.

Everytime I go there, very prompt service, very courteous and attentive.
I just wish the waiting room was better maintained.
But thanks to your friendly and prompt plus efficient service, I'm going to trust you with all my car service requirements rather than my car dealership whom I used to go to even if they were across the city for me.

Thank you to Brad and Ron for their help with my Kijiji deal wheels and tires. It was quite the ordeal and they managed to be the final step. Excellent customer service. Fast efficient and helpful, even though I didn't end up buying tires from them.
