This place has always taken really good care of me and this last time was no exception. Corey immediately knew the tires and ordered some in for me. She even recognised me and had my order ready when I came back in, as well as helped me load them into my car. They had the best price on the tire I wanted and on top of that they give lifetime balancing and flat repairs. Best place to get tires!

Renewed my faith in businesses that honour customer service. Those aren’t just words at this Kal tire. Will do all my tires purchasing and service here.

There are so many places for auto work, that when one stands out above the rest it deserves a mention. The Deer Ridge Kal Tire is such a place. The staff is very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Over the years I have seen several, and they have consistently had a smile, a pleasant word and good attitude, and even the ability to have friendly conversation! The service is prompt and professional. They beat the competitors price for tires. I've been a customer at this location for 15 years. Booking an appointment is a pleasant experience. Arriving at the dealership even more so. The reception is quick and professional. The service is always punctual and done properly. Wait times are exactly what was told to me when I arrived. Great coffee machine and nice flat screen TV in the reception area. Over the years I have visited several times for minor repairs which were always done quickly. I highly recommend this store.

Fantastic service at this location. The staff were wonderful to my Dad ( 86 and hard of hearing) they treated him with utmost respect. His truck was done before time and under budget, who could ask for more!!

Excellent customer service! We came in 15 mins to close and they got our car up and the tire repaird on the spot! One of the gentlemen went as far as to get our 1 year old a snack and drink!!

From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted warmly! I advised I had an appt and my account was pulled up immediately, all contact info comfirmed to ensure I would be easily reached once my oil change was complete.

Within an hour I was called/advised my car was ready to pick up!!!! I was AMAZED at the quick service/turn-around time! The service rep (forgive me, I'm not good with names but I believe his name is Ryan) went over everything that was checked on my car and told me I was good to go.

I had to come back to get the tires re-torqued -- didn't even have to get out of my car/there is designated parking for this service and Ryan just popped out and did the job in a flash!

Needless to say I WILL ALWAYS be coming back to this Kal Tire for ALL my vehicle concerns. Given that I'll be looking for new tires next spring, I sure know where I'm going to look first!! Customer service is worth its weight in gold, and this Kal Tire is a golden kingdom!!

I just want to add that I used to get my oil changes done at a place that only does oil changes. I stopped going there because EVERYTIME I went for a simple oil change I left feeling like s**t because I didn't get one of the MANY additional services they pressure you into buying.

These guys have always been great. Fair prices, fast turn around, friendly staff. The one time there was a minor error made, the manager apologized profusely and gave me a coupon for a free oil service - totally unnecessary considering the minor nature of the incident, but it really shows that they do their best to satisfy their clients. Awesome team.

I was in Calgary last week on business. I had just returned to my car after a meeting at the CO-OP to find I had a flat tire. A very flat tire.

It was 3pm on Friday, and I was heading back up to Edmonton after work. Just as my mind started racing as to what to do, I spotted Kal Tire.

Well, they had me on the road by 4:30, just as the snow was beginning to fall.

They were outstanding, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them! Excellent work, done quickly :) . Definitely five stars!

Colin is a bold faced liar. He told me (in a loud and ignorant tone) it's illegal to not have tire pressure sensors in my winter tires. This is total BS. If he is willing to lie to make a heap of extra money about something this simple I can't imagine what else he's willing to lie about!

It is 100% legal to opt out of these unreliable money pits.

These things don't even reliably work in the winter anyway.

*edit* Who is "Tom"? Nice canned response, as I expected, full of fear mongering how our lives suddenly depend on TPMS.

Think 8 sensors for winter and summer, ongoing reprogramming (every time you swap your wheels), ongoing replacements and the auto manufacturers still say they are absolutely not a replacement for you doing regular tire checks with a $3 gauge.
