Kal Tire

We purchased our tires and rims from Kal Tire and are very happy with both the service and products from this branch. They previously used to offer free tire swaps if you bought tires and rims from them, but unfortunately they do not offer that any more (as mentioned to me by store staff). They will honor that if you got the deal prior to last February when their policy changed. We are happy with the service here but they lost one star because of their phone support. I had to call 3 times to set up an appointment for a tire swap. Each time the person on the other end of the line took my number and said they would call me back during that day when they were less busy. They never did and I mentioned that each time I called. While the work they do is good, they could use a little brushing up on customer service during busy times.

When I left the Edmonton trail store in Calgary this AM all 4 of my tires were low by 5 to 10 psi. I carry an air compressor in my vehicle so I pumped them up myself. I don't understand why your mechanics didn't notice the tire pressure sensors going crazy and the low tire pressure warning brightly lit up on the display. Maybe my expectations are too high expecting a tire shop to know how to read a tire gauge. I tried to call back twice to let you know but was instantly put on hold.

Another great experience from Kal Tire, specifically this location. Customer service was excellent and the team there got my Nokian Hakka 9's installed and mounted promptly with zero issues. This was my third set of tires from this location, and I will be ordering another set soon for my wife. Even through the chaos of the first major snowfall in Calgary, this team worked tirelessly and professionally. Thanks again!

Maybe I just had a bad experience but I hope they have higher qualified mechanics than whoever inspected my vehicle!! I got a brake service and asked them to check my tires as I the last time I got an oil change (elsewhere) they told me my tires were moderate (yellow) and would need to be changed sooon. I get my vehicle back and they recommend a wheel alignment and market the tires as good (green) so I’m thinking awesome I save money! I then brought my vehicle for an oil change to a different location as it was convenient, and I get a phone call saying they can’t do the wheel alignment because they are concerned about my nearly BALD tires and marked them bad (red)!! To think I would driving on the highways this winter with nearly bald tires because of a poor inspection. VERY concerning.

The wonderful employees stayed late to fix my tire. They go above and beyond and our happy to help. I will always do business with kaltire.

Walked in with a flat on a Sat am when planning to head to BC that am. Amazing customer service, advice and assistance. A great business that helped a older single woman with little auto knowledge, understand much more. They went above and beyond with additional safety checks that found several issues to ensure I was safe on the drive to BC. Thank you fellas! Will be back for sure for further suggested service ! Tire pressure was low so i stopped in and ended up having a nail in my tire. They patched my tire for FREE. Amazing service, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable service people. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience at this kal tire location. They went above and beyond to help us out when we blew a tire on the highway. We were heading back to Sask. so needed tires in a hurry. They fit us in at the end of the day and even stayed late to finish the job. Customer service was superb and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend stopping by for your tire needs.

Sincerely one of the best customer service experiences I have had all year. Larry, was extremely helpful, considerate, HONEST. They have gained my trust. I look forward to doing more business there.

Fixed my leaky tire! I was going to replace the tire due to slow leak..the manager told me just to patch it! He was right. affordable, fast and friendly...and most importantly...HONEST!!

Booked online. Received a call back asap. Was able to get in a day sooner. They had the exact tires I wanted. All the service personal were great and helpful. Service was fast! I would recommend this shop!!!

I had a great experience at Kal Tire. They helped me out with a flat. I had purchased a new set of tires in November. On the way to work today I got a flat. They honored the 30 day warranty even though it was over the 30 days and gave me a new tire. I appreciated this very much. It made my day and a great start to the New Year. Thank you I will be back next time I need tires.
