Very disappointed... Had one of my winter tires ripped. Had it replaced. I later found out that they have installed the WRONG SIZE. A wrong size on my AWD. a very very amatuer mistake for a store like this. I have been a customer and I trusted them. My mistake, I should have checked it before I left the store. I will never ever go back nor will I recommend this store.

The staff is very friendly! No issues taking my car 2 hours early. Pick up was just as swift as the drop off. I would highly recommend this location!

Went to book an appointment to install my winter tiers that stored with them! The first availability is after 4 weeks! Moreover the person made the appointment "one of the managers (not sure what that means)" anyway that person claim that this store doesn't offer walk-in service anymore. the "owner" responded to another review by stating that they still offer that! Well Mr. Owner either you or your manger is lying..... So my advice don't waste you money with this company...

I have been buying tires from this location for about 8 years. They have great service and have never billed me for any services that I did not want or need. I really like that they finally changed their booking policy and now require precooked appointments. Before, there were a lot of problems with walk-ins overwhelming their schedule and delaying their ability to finish the work for people with appointments in a timely way. Thankfully, this is no longer an issue anymore. Their inventory is really good and spans a lot of brands with models that fit most budgets. They have a great warranty on all tire sales and will rotate any winter/summer tires that were purchased there.

After researching tires online, I phoned up the store to book an appointment. The person who answered the phone was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right tire to fit my needs. Within a week he tires arrived and I was able to get in to have mine replaced. Awesome service from beginning to end.

Super friendly staff. Service was quick. I live in a condo so having the store your tires option is nice.

Was Extremely happy with the service. Was worried I would have to take cab to and back from work. but was able to get squeezed in to have tire fixed, balanced, they even look and made sure my other tires we're in good shape. and shocked me the most was no charge. I'm sure going to go back to that location.

These guys are still the greatest! I won't buy tires anywhere else because of their great after purchase support. I understand why some people might be disappointed with the fact that you have to make an appointment now, but people should be reasonable. They have a parking problem at that strip mall, and it's not fair to the other tenants. They are doing everything they can to balance the needs of all parties. I find these guys will bend over backwards to accommodate you if you are a longstanding customer.
