Kal Tire

The quality of a place is determined by how they deal with mistakes. I had an issue, the wrong tires were installed on my vehicle (mistakes can happen anywhere, I don't hold this against them), and I wasn't able to wait for a week to get a new appointment. The assistant manager (James) was able to get me in same day to put the tires I had ordered on, and left the mistake tires on my truck for the day while I went about my business until they were able to get me in. They applied a price reduction from my original quote, and were generally pleasant to deal with through what could have been a crappy customer service experience. I'm happy with the tires they recommended (and eventually installed), and while it was inconvenient to have to go in twice to get them, they were great to deal with through the mistake and prompt in their service to me.

I've had a great experience at this Kal Tire yesterday especially with the Manager Donavan and the other staff I forgot to get their names. They explain to me what they did to my service and well organized. Definitely with recommend this shop.

I have been very pleased with the service this store has given me over the past couple of years. All the people I deal with have been courteous and professional. I highly recommend, this Kaltire store for your tires and other automotive needs.

The level of customer service here is hands down the best. Under heavy work loads and demanding customers these guys ALWAYS had smiles on their faces were polite and awesome to work with. Great job fellas!

I had a fantastic experience at this Kal tire. I was experiencing major problem with my engine. The mechanic was sympathetic and patient when he was explaining to me what happened and what to do next. He spent time on researching whether this issue was present in other cars of the same make and offered some good advice about how to proceed with the dealer and insurance. The mechanic went above and beyond to make me feel as much in control as possible. I believe the mechanic's name is Jordan. I fully recomend this mechanic and I hope he goes back after he is done school (he said he was taking some time off in the fall to do school).

I find the service quite variable across the Kal Tires. This one is by far the best! The summerside location tried to rip me off when I was buying tires. I went here and they were honest and helpful. This is also a great location to spend time while you are waiting. Highly recommended.

Quick and friendly service. I dropped my vehicle off to swap out my tires and when I arrived to pick it up they had everything ready. Despite it being the busiest time of year, they recognized my face as I walked in the door and had my keys in hand. I highly recommended the Kal Tire in South Edmonton Common.

We wouldn't go anywhere else. They are friendly, efficient and they don't try to up sell on unnecessary things, they just tell you as it is. Wait times are reasonable and even when booking appointments it is never more than a few days. They work with you not against you. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We came to Kal tire this morning to get a flat tire fixed. We've never been here before. The staff was really helpful. I will definitely come here again. Great service!
