Kal Tire

Kal Tire staff is always friendly and accommodating. Never had problems with any of their stores. This is one of the stores that has tire storage onsite which is a bonus. Previously dealt with another store where the tire storage is off site and the tires never come in when they are suppose to.
Needless to say, the free popcorn is another bonus, especially if you have kids. If you are waiting for your car to be serviced it helps to have a little something to munch on. On the down side, their computer systems can be a little backward sometimes, my info seems to be different at different locations and the staff has to re-enter my info at times. But, the service is above and beyond many auto garages, so I can overlook that little bit.

The customer service is incredible here. Their parking lot was full and I overheard one guy saying that they have a line up at the door every morning for people switching out their winter tires. I had an appointment to get my winter tires put on but understandably, my car took a little longer than they quoted. When I picked it up they didnt even charge me because of delay. I took my car to jiffy lube a month ago for an oil change and they said my fluids needed to be changed. I only have 60,000 km on my car, the guys at this kal tire checked them and said they were fine. It's nice to see a company that cares about their customers and doesn't try to rip them off.

I don't usually write reviews, but based on my experience today I felt like I really had no choice. I purchased winter tires from this location last year and have been super happy with them, they turned my ford focus into an actual winter driving car. Not one slip or anything last season. That is not however why I am writing this review. Today I went in with a leak in my summer tire (not purchased from Kal Tire, it is the original from the dealership). They took the keys and within 20 minutes I was on my way with a fixed tire. Rather than charge me, they actually waived the charges and whether that is standard or not I was absolutely stoked to see that level of service. It is nice to see such an amazing level of care, and next year when I need new summer tires I will be sure to give them my business again!

I went into this Kal Tire location with a flat tire. Tom was phenominal, understanding my situation and giving me lots of different options to suit my needs. very professional and helpful. I very much recommend them for all your tire needs! :-)

Had a leaky valve on my utility trailer, and a gouge in my front car tire. KT had the best price. Chris was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm now sitting in the funky waiting room, watching sports and drinking a tasty cappuccino. Definitely will be back to this place!

The service manager at this location is totally awesome. Took my vehicle in to get a slow leak checked and it was done in a very timely manner and to top it off didn't get charged for it. They are the only tire shop I deal with and they always have me smiling when I leave. Cant say enough about how well he handles his customers. Great job!!!!!!

The service here was excellent. I had some problems with alignment and balancing on my Motorhome built on a Mercedes sprinter. I thought I needed another alignment but after Ian looked at the vehicle and talked to me he determined correctly that I only needed a front wheel balance. Ian mentioned that if the balance had not fixed the problem that it might be that the front left should be swapped with the front right but first wanted me to try it first. A brief road test indicated that it was much improved but not quite 100%. Ian had the two front wheels swapped and the fix was now perfect. Great service, everything fully explained, pleasant workers. Cannot say enough

I made an appointment with this location over the phone after finding it on Google maps. I needed to get a slow leak fixed and it was my first time dealing with them. I left feeling truly appreciated. While my tire was being fixed, I asked Ben Bailey, Sr. Assistant Manager, if I could buy a gift card for my business partner and friend who I knew had a slow leak in one of his tires for months. I was concerned for his safety. Ben said they didn't have gift cards. I was disappointed. He turned around minutes later and handed me a card for a free tire service instead. I was delighted. Then when it came time to pay for my own tire repair, I pulled out my wallet, ready to pay. I looked at the bill and the total was $0.00. I figured something was wrong so I asked Ben what was up. He said, "I figured if your buddy got a freebie then you deserve one too." So, here's the deal: Ben knows how to make a customer before they become one. This is how you create trust and loyalty (and I'll be back there for sure in the Fall to drop over $1,200 on new tires). This Kal Tire has earned it.

Prompt, friendly, and helpful service. Not too pushy on up selling non essential servicing either.

I only stopped by just before closing time to get a last minute air service on my tires, but the vibe has piqued my curiosity enough to be returning in the future for some brakes and oil servicing. I'm interested to see how they measure up to the competition!

They just gained a new customer for life. I got a flat tire this morning and dropped the car off there right away since it is close to my work. I knew they were not open yet but I wanted to bring it there before my tire was completely deflated. Someone was already there and when they saw me outside they took me right in even though it was an hour before business hours start. They were so kind and super nice and my car was done within an hour. Best customer service ever. Highly recommend this location!

Tom was a great help at the front counter! Very professional over the phone and once I was in the store Tom laid out all the options available to me. Recommended a few options without seeming "pushy". Highly recommended!

I took my car to this Kal Tire location to fix a slow leak in one of my tires. Not only did they fix the leak–they checked my brakes, suspension and filled up my washer fluid. The staff I dealt with–Chris and Tom–were both friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment in the afternoon, and pick my car up about an hour and a half later. I'm extremely pleased with the quality and speed of the service at this location. I will certainly be back!
