Kal Tire

Beware! Good service when you're buying new tires but good luck getting them switched over in the winter and the spring. They put a huge priority on new purchases and book 3 - 5 weeks for switch overs. They told me I could bring it in at 7:30 am only to be told that morning that they were "full" for walk ins. I'll never use Kal Tire again.

Just be aware that you clarify all the services you will be receiving and what COSTS and what not! I was offered a free alignment check, but was being charged for having the car aligned when I went to pickup my car - I never requested for an alignment. Thankfully the staff member was nice enough to waive the charge when I explained my side.

Very accomodating and have provided me with good service otherwise.

Shuttle service would be nice to have.

I've taken my company trucks here for years, due to great service we've always received in the past. The service seems to have been slipping a bit over the last few years.
Today I needed a tire patched up, so of course I called ahead to find out if they had time to fit me in before driving all the way down there. They told me they did, so I organized staff to meet me there after I dropped the truck off.
I arrived to be dismissed by the manager, as, in his opinion, there was no time to patch my tire today. I informed him that I had called ahead, and that this would cost me both time and money, to which he responded that he had a business to run, and that I was expected to leave.

As most business owners, I do not have time for this kind of unprofessional and costly run-around. My experience at Kal-Tire cost me time and money, and did not result in the repair of my tire.

I have no intention of returning my trucks or trailers to this or any other Kal Tire location again, and will certainly be sharing my story with other contractors.

I ruined a tire while in town for a few days, and they got me in the next morning first thing, and it was done an hour after I dropped it off. Originally they said they couldn't help me out because they were all booked up, but when I said I had to leave town the next day they got me in and made it work. Awesome.

Amazing service. Friendly. Helpful. They helped me more then they could imagine and I cannot express how grateful I am for it. Donovan and Kaushal were gracious and went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much Kal tire I will always get my tires from you and recommend you to everyone I know.

I have been doing business with this Kal Tire for several years. The service is always excellent. They have very professional and knowledgable staff. The prices are competitive and reasonable. I have never had an issue with their service or products and I have bought 3 sets of tires from this location. I would highly recommend Kal Tire for service or Tire needs.

Exceptional customer service. Took my car in for a tire rotation, which they completed on time. Had an issue with the key in the ignition after I got the car back, and they took me at my word and were really good about fixing it. I highly recommend this shop.

Great customer service! They worked hard to find a replacement tire (as they did not have my tire in stock) at another store so that I could have my car back that same day. I appreciated their friendly and helpful support!
