Thorough inspection and fit me in even with busy schedule to replace starter.
Staff was friendly and kept me informed about progress.

Absolutely rude customer service with the warmth of an Arctic air conditioner. They wouldn't respond to numerous calls throughout the day despite my desperate attempts until 6 hours after my initial appointment which in turn cost me 2 days of wages and countless kilometres trekked on foot through our recent heavy snowfall. To top it all off...after all this headache and expense our family vehicle still requires an additional part before the initial problem is resolved.

Klaus and the boys at Kal Tire in Clairmont are the bees knees. Always helpful and accommodating. Pricing is competitive and the facility is brand new.
