Kal Tire

Got my oil change and Mechanical inspection done in time promised. And even changed over winters without being booked in. Excellent service on this visit.

Got our oil changed here, which on our model of SUV means the shield on the front end has to come off (like 6 bolts). Rather than putting it back on properly, they only put a couple of the bolts on, so the shield drooped and basically turned into a snow plow. When we brought it back for them to fix it, they just tossed a couple zip ties on it. We won't be going back.

Bought a set of alloy rims for my snow tires from this location about 1 year and a half ago and was told seasonal swap would be free. When I booked an appointment today to change the snow tires, they told me that I needed to pay $42 for changing tires and it was a mistake they did not charge me for the change they did before. For sure they can break their promise no shame, the only thing I can do is never never go to Kal Tire and buy anything.

I bought my tires here solely for the reason that they change them for free, but if you're planning to get it changed they ask to keep it for 48 hours ... a 5 year old can change 4 tires faster than these guys. The tires I bought are good but could've got them anywhere else. The one star is for their wait time and poor customer service.

Wonderful ! I have never purchased tires before as my car came with brand new tires. Usually at some places they try to up-sell you or pressure you to buy things because I am a young girl who doesn't know much about cars. This was not at all the case. I was given a few options and everything was explained to me in detail. I was told they would need 2 hours to do a tire change and wheel alignment. But I got a call after an hour stating my car was done. Very Honest people as they could've easily charged me to do an alignment, which is an additional $150, but they checked it over and my car was not needing an alignment. I trust them fully and I will return, and I will refer!

Thought they did a great job with new tires but they had a slow leak right from installation. Brought the car back in and also asked them to re-strap the inner CV Boot along with an alignment and they want over $280 just to put a clamp on. Another shop quoted me $20 + $25 lift fee. This place is a joke. My tires better not be leaking anymore when I get the car back.

One of the best and simplest Tire Shop experiences to date ! Dropped the car off first thing Monday and got a call a couple of hours later. Great service ! A+++ Will come back for my next set of tires for sure.

Excellent/Professional Service

This is my first experience at Kal Tire (Shawnessy) and it was an exceptional experience. Both associates were professional and thorough in explaining my Tire replacement details including warranty information. No questions were required. Additionally, prices were fair. I would certainly have future service perform at this location. Thanks for the great experience!
