Kal Tire

Kal Tire is always a solid place to get tires and some mechanical work done, ie brakes, shocks etc. Every Kal Tire I have been too has always come through with the products and service, including the one in Cochrane based on my first visit.

Terrible service. My husband ordered tires from here , they put them on, he paid the full amount to realize when he got home they put on the wrong tires and they knew what they did. Never called him to notify and when he called back they were no help - even tried to convince him they were a better tire (lucky he is not stupid) and a petty thing but still , never put his tires in bags. Now we have to waste more time and take the truck back for different tires because the ones he ordered are on back order till next year!! The tires didn't even meet the standard for the truck even though kal tire said they did. Absolutely disgusted with this place.

I showed up at Kal Tire at 0745 today [Saturday ] as I told on the previous evening it was first come first served on Sat. I had a screw nicely embedded in my front snow tire which I noticed a few days earlier. It was extremely busy as everyone else was also waiting for service also. I was worried that since I needed my vehicle by 5 and they informed me that they dont know with all of the work orders for the day when I could have it I may be doomed, They phoned a few hours later to get my vehicle, explained what they did and did not charge me through the nose-in fact not at all. Front desk fellows are humorous , professional and efficient during this cold horrible time of year for tires. I just may buy tires here!

Jason and Travis were excellent hosts, and service professionals. Every question I had was answered without doubt. Also, for an early and quite hectic Saturday morning, they were quick with a joke to pass the time.

Service was timely, and done with care. No damage to the rims, or any part of my truck. My truck was an alignment from hell, but they got it done properly for me. They even took the time to test drive it, to make sure everything was in good working order.

Great service, fun staff, and a price beat guarantee... Why get tire service anywhere else?

I have being a cow tire customer 4 / 25 years. My recent dealings with the Cochrane store confirms that I will likely be a customer for another 25 years. I had an issue with some tires I had purchased five years previously and the primary goal of the service desk was to solve my issues and at a fair cost. thank you and I will be back.

They offered very experienced and easy solutions to my flat tire. Very friendly staff. Service was immediate and fast. My go-to shop for tire needs :). Big thanks to the manager Jason!

We have been going to Kal Tire for quite a few years as the service has been excellent and the pricing reasonable. Yesterday we received what appeared to be an unreasonable charge, in the amount of $134.40 for changing out winter for summer tires (both sets on rims). When questioned this morning Rebecca reduced the bill to a $40.00 charge for on-rim swaps. Apparently $134.40 charge is applied to off-rim tire swaps (billing error). Pleased that things are back on track as Kal Tire, Cochrane is so convenient and we have always been happy with the service.

Really great service. I was in a bit of bind needing new tires because my current ones were getting to a point where it was an actual hazard to myself. I called and they were able to get the tires within a few days and even allowed me to come in without an appointment. Jason Mikkelsen is the Store Manager there and I would recommend contacting him for your tire needs. Class act and super friendly.

I agree with Randy, this is not the same shop that Colin and Barry ran. Less customer focused. I was always able to book a time in the past but now it is 'first come first serve' or stand out in the cold and wait for a number. I have gone back to Cochrane Toyota where I can book times for my tire servicing.

I've been dealing with Kal Tire in Cochrane for about 17 years and I'm very happy I have a good relationship with these people they have been fantastic.
Knowing them personally really goes a long way it's the personal service I give in my business and it's what I want in others.

Adam at Kal Tire did a great job of guiding me through the tire buying process. He suggested a winter tire that would work great on my vehicle, and explained why it was better then the others. So far, he was absolutley right

Absolutely excellent service. They go above and beyond to be accommodating and are very knowledgeable about tires and what your vehicle needs.

Amazing staff great knowledge on what my truck needed and since I bought my truck in 2011 its never felt and drive so well from the tire balance to the additional mechanical work that needed to be done its was perfect and added 100% more comfort to my drive BIG THANK YOU !!!!!!! and I will definitely be back !!
