Opened in August 2015, the Kanata Esso is the next generation travel stop. It features Canada's Best Restroom (2016), a full fast food deli, great seating, ample parking and hundreds of products. . . oh, and incredible staff!

Opened in August 2015, the Esso at Kanata is the next generation travel stop.
Pushing back against the stereotypically unclean and generic gas station, it features Canada's Best Restroom (2016), a full deli with Wane Cut Pizza, great seating, ample parking, and a few thousand merchandise products you won't find anywhere else!
And don't think the staff is the usual fare either. Friendly, helpful and fun is what we strive for, meaning you won't feel invisible or unwanted when you walk through our doors.

I love stopping here on my way from and to Grande Prairie. Food is great there's all sorts of choices and you can even sir down and eat if you like. From now on this will be my stop when I'm on the road through Whitecourt

Great service, my son left his favorite toy at the store, I contacted them and they made sure to keep it till we came back 2 days later.
Great service amazing bathrooms great selection for snacks and they have an incredible deli really impressed with this gas station easy to get in and out of as well

Best bathroom I've ever seen. nicer than the ones ive seen on the Las Vegas Strip...thanx for the pee break
Just stopped there this afternoon for the first time, the decor is nice but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Dried Condensation streaks running down the stainless steel paper towel/garbage on the wall. Brown water/coffee? Dried on the lovely tile in the stall. 2nd Paper towel dispenser laying open on the wall with paper piled on it. Bad day? Or no need to try now that the plaque is on the wall ?
