When I got my first brace for knee and it helped

Very professional, very caring! I've been to two other places in Fort McMurray for orthotics and decided I want to try a new place and these guys were worth the 5 hour drive. $200 cheaper than the last podiatrist I saw and much better quality!

I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience here. I've had a number of custom knee braces made in the past so I have something to compare to. My appointments at Karl Hager were quick but thorough. The technology they used to scan my leg for a custom build was pretty futuristic. In less than 60 seconds an exact 3D image was on the computer monitor.The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. My brace took 3 weeks to come in and that was over the xmas holiday. The admin staff recognized that I qualified for government funding and took care of everything. And the brace?? So comfortable, light and best of it makes me feel like I have a new knee. I work in fire/ems and can't afford to be wearing something that won't stay in place or that limits my range of motion. Thanks Karl Hager. Amazing.

Great staff!! Steve was wonderful, answered all my questions and fitted my orthodics ! I have a Blade Runner brace also which I got a few years ago and the excellent service is consistent, the young ladies at the front desk are very friendly! Thanks to you all!!
