The best auction house in town! I bought a pallet of sports cards fairly early in the auction, through online bidding. I did not pay attention to the pick-up times etc, and showed up the same day, while the auction was still going on. This was the only time/day I had a vehicle to pick the cards up. Although they normally do not allow large item or pallet pick-ups while the auction is still going on, they did find the time to bring the pallet out for me that day so I could take it home. It was much appreciated. I have had great customer service there any time I have attended or any time I have made purchases. Great staff, great place!

It's more like a store then a auction if they don't get a set amount of money they want they just move on without selling it. A bit of scam. If you ask me

I bought a truck there that was supposed to be good , when I tried to go home with it, it turned out to be a piece of junk, I went back and they returned my money even though they didn't have to, Great people to deal with, Thank you

Great people ,hard working crew , the owner sure looks after his staff , and it shows.

Fantastic, moved out here last yr and found Kastneŕ Auctions,all the staff are great,and couldn't be more help Full! They do a wonderful Job! Have been to a few auctions now,never fail to bring home something,there's always room for More!

Bought $6000 worth of items one

$75 item was missing, I let it slide! Figured I got a good deal on everything else



Last auction they have a liquor store close out lots of booze, but they slide in a Texas mickey in the auction (does not say it’s empty!!!)

Simple reason why I will never do another online auction with them!



*Update these guys took care of everything and made it right, I even forgot about this and they reached out to rectify it. I will continue the bidding process with Kastner

Love it, especially on line. I've got a lot of great deals and a few impulsive, not such great ones. I really enjoy the dynamics of the auctioneers and staff.

I have enjoyed buying things from the live auctions . I do bid online . I have had no issues with this . I sometime see things selling over market price but that’s not Kastners fault. Online only auctions have not been great . I bought a ring described as sterling silver with a Safire and it was really very junky , not sterling silver and not Safire . I bought a used broken weigh scale which I also threw out . I have also had a few good buys online however now that I know to beware .

Great set up and the guys and girls run things through quickly and efficiently. It was different from any other auction I've been to because of bidding against online bidders. It makes it frustrating at times as the online bidders have begun bidding before we could.

Overall it was a learning experience.

Been purchasing items through Kastner for years and have always had a great experience. Only one negative experience so far and it was today. I won 4 out of 7 items in a group listing yesterday for a really good price. When I went to pick them up today, I was told there was a miscount and I couldn't get any of the items I had won. Fortunately I was able to get my money refunded, but if I bump into this more times, it may reduce my impression of Kastner.

Description of lots could be better , missing parts , damaged or smelling of mold . Plus the extra $1.00 surcharge or tax they have added in the last 3-4 weeks to my card every time I log on to their on line bidding bidding ! Never authorized ! Don't like the fact they can place charges not authorized !

Remember!!! These greedy crooks take 20% not only from the seller, you get charged a 20% buyers fee!... so if you purchase $1000 worth of stuff remember to budget $200 on top for them!... Purchased a $1800 pressure washer and was dinged another $400 not budgeted for, not such great deals , maybe a great deal for them! Sorry, but you won’t see me again!

Went in the day before, filled out all the necessary paperwork and let a set amount to bid on a specific lot....they bid on the wrong lot and then called me in to pay a balance three days later. When there I find out that a staff member one the item I wanted to bid on and it was a mistake on there part that the wrong item was bid on for me...sounds kinda fishy

Very bad experience.Called the owner and no return call.Very disappionte but believe me bad news travels fast.

My wife and I bid on a mirror that she really liked, after the auction we went to pick it up and were told that someone else got it "by mistake". They said they knew the lady that took it and that she was a regular buyer, but no follow up attempt was ever made by Kastner to get in touch with her and we be just really disappointed in the whole experience. We havnt been back since.

Have to watch the staff that work there. We were interested in a leather couch and we're poised to get it at a great price a staff guy bid it up and bought. Some guy there told us they do that and then put it back in auctions to make themselves money.
