Good Morning everyone!!! Happy Saturday to you! I am power editing through all my sessions today, so I am hoping to have them all delivered by the end of the weekend.
In the mean time, I will be sharing some of my favorites. :D The perfectionist in me loves the "pretty shots" the one's where the horse is looking at the camera, with their ears forward and their owner is standing beside them looking just as good, but I also love the "imperfect" shots.
... The shot the captures the moment, the emotional bond between horse and rider and Jagger was such a ham!!! Kayla will be getting tons of "blooper" shots because he had is tongue out in literally half of the shots.
This shot though, is so pretty and natural. It might be messy and imperfect (like life sometimes) but I LOVE it! <3

I just couldn't help but share them both! <3

One thing I know for sure is that your horse will understand your heart better than most people. <3.

Honestly, I cannot believe how fast the time has passed since I was the nervous grad on the other side of the lens. Multiple times today I have found myself asking the question, what advice I would give to my 17 year old self? The best advice that I can give someone who is just embarking on their adult journey of life is to remember that "Life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself." (George Bernard Shaw) Decide what kind of person you want to be and the...n go BE that person on a daily basis! This is reflected in your thoughts, your actions and your emotions. Do what makes you genuinely happy. Don't worry so much about what other people think and don't ever get stuck in the crazy comparison game. You are on your own individual journey! Just focus on creating a greater version of YOU every single day and of course- Happy Graduation Day Parker!
