Hi. Welcome to KBM Homes! ! Founded in 2004 by two friends - Pete Ballash & Claude Lapointe. What started as a few after hour duplex builds -- turned into a full time love . . . of building custom & spec homes in & around Bonnyville. What does KBM stand for?! The only thing they love more than their wives! ! Their children of course! ! All 6 of them! Kylie, Brady, Manson, Katie, Mia & Beck! ! Our goal is to maintain the highest level of professionalism, integrity, honesty& fairness in our relationships with our suppliers, subcontractors & customers. We take great pride in our accomplishments & build on them every day.

A few questions have popped up in my inbox over the last few days in regards to Silver Ridge Estate restrictive covenants. I'll answer a few of them here. Please feel free to add to my list if you have a question that is not answered here!! 1. Is there a certain timeframe in which a buyer would be required to build on the lot?! No. Build it now or take your time!! Once you purchase a lot -- it's yours to decide on when you want to build!! 2. What is the minimal squar...e footage required to build? The home must be a minimum of 1300 SF and have an attached garage that is min 24x24. 3. Are there any restrictions as far as the home exterior? Yes. the front of the home must have at least 150SF of rock. House can be finished in Stucco, Vinyl, Hardie plank, CanExel, or engineered wood. 4. What about the roof?! There must be min of a 6/12 roof pitch 5. Can we move an RTM onto our lot? No - it must be a new build. 6. The lots are fully treed - would the buyer be responsible for brushing the lot for the build?! Yes, the buyer is responsible - but we would be willing to help you out with this!!
