A healthy and active lifestyle is what I strive for each and every day. Every chance I get I love to be in the great outdoors hiking with my dogs, running, golfing, boating, snowboarding or playing soccer.
My passion for a healthy and active lifestyle has led me to where I am today in my career. I am an Honors Graduate from SAIT as a Certified Nutritionist. From there, I have advanced my education by completing the Personal Training Specialist and Pre & Post-Natal Fitness Instructor certifications. I am always continuing my education as the fitness industry has ever-changing trends that are important to stay on top of. Some of my favorite courses have specialized in ViPR, Kettle Bell, Olympic lifting, Mobility and Functional Fitness.
