Reflecting on your progress is an important part of improving and healing. I have come a long way over the last 8 months emotionally through this project and am so grateful I get to share my heart with all of you. Top picture is December, my first market. Below we fast forward to my current set up. KYCF has become more than I could ever imagine. Thank you all. 💗

I had an amazing time today at the 124 Grand Market. Met some wonderful people, got comfortable, and shared more art by the incredible grade 6 class from Pine Grove School in Edson!
Can't wait to see you all next at the Strathearn Art Walk Saturday September 8th!

We all have different outlets that get us through dark times. Writing has always been one of mine, and I'm fortunate enough to bring my words to life every once in a while.
Ten years ago I wrote a song for myself. A song about a girl looking for answers but not knowing where they were. A song about walking away. A song about finding my own strengths and embracing them. Today, my band Hungry Hollow - band released that song.
Please take a listen. I'd love to know your thou...ghts. I'd love to know what helps you get through, too.

I sold my first comfort cushion on Etsy and sent it off to Nebraska this week! I am so excited to know that I'm sending comfort to someone who needs it :)

This is a compilation of statements made by Anthony Bourdain between 2000 - 2017 that refer to depression, suicide and the specific way he died by suicide. These are comments that may come off like jokes, but the sign are there. The words are there.
Please listen to yourself and your friends. Don't be afraid to ask questions. And please be honest with the ones you love.

What a great idea. I heard about this initiative on the Peterborough news tonight and will become more familiar soon.....and then I will investigate how I can buy a pillow. I LOVE the slogan.

This is such an important message and to be sharing it in such a beautiful way is very inspiring. Thank you for all that you are doing, truly from the bottom of my heart.

This is a very important cause that doesn't just affect people in Edmonton. This should be something like this through out the country.

Such a wonderful human who always puts others first. So pleased to support.

Mental disorders are not easy. I have PTSD and it has taken a long time to come to terms with it. I can honestly say that it does help to talk. Don't be afraid.

I suffer from bipolar and I have been down that very dark place and felt like I would never see the lite again. It was years before I was diagnosed, you find yourself with all these labels yet no one understands why you aren't motivated, don't care about anything. You can't even get out of bed. I Love this web site cause from her depression she is helping others to open up and talk about it as well these pillows are a great idea to remind our self to be our true self.

User

I Love to see people loving each other. ❤️👌This is inspiring!
