Kensington Riverside Inn

This place is a hidden Jem! Great location just out of downtown feels like a world away service is outstanding I usually come to town once a month and I will definitely be staying here again. The staff appreciates your business and it shows. Rooms are welcoming,cozy,dark and clean. The resteraunt is as good as or better than any 5 ⭐️ hotel I’ve stayed at.

Lovely hotel in Calgary outside of the centre. Rooms are large and comfortable. 20 dollars for car parking is extortionate outside of the centre though. Bathroom lighting could also be improved.

Very well put together rooms, the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend the inn for being one of the nicer stays in the area.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Room is very nice. Was here on business and enjoyed my 2 night stay.

My husband and I went to the Oxbow Restaurant for my birthday. We asked for a table on the patio since it was such a beautiful evening. They gave us a free glass of bubbly to each of us. We ordered the 3 course Chef's menu with wine pairing and was not disappointed. We started off with a delicious beet salad beautifully arranged on the plate. Then came the pork entree over greens. The pork was done perfectly and was very tender. The dessert was a pavlova with berries. The wines selected for each course was perfect. All the food came at the right time and we didn't feel hurried at all. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and explained each dish thoroughly. It was a very memorable night had by all. We will definitely be going back.

Excellent experience. Once we arrived we were greeted by a staff member to help with all of our stuff and tell us about everything they had to offer. Our room was spotless and very cozy. Lots to do within walking distance as well. Highly recommended!

Had an excellent brunch buffet at Oxbow. The room is intimate and comfortable. The spread of food was amazing with unique offerings far beyond the usual continental breakfast fair. The servers were attentive and polite. The location is close to the river and lots of businesses. Very convenient.

Everything about this place from walking in the front door, to their customer service, and the accommodations was perfection.

It was clean, quiet for the location, surrounded by tons of little stores and quirky pubs and restaurants.
We could have easily spent a week there and never would have gotten bored.

Hot tea was placed outside our door in the mornings and they gave us personalized messages with the forecast for the following day in the evenings which was a perfect touch to top off everything else.
We were sad to leave and we can't wait to go back.

This is a great place to stay at. It's very close to downtown core and is right by the river. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Attended a wedding there. Beautiful venue, amazing catering in house and fantastic rooms that are incredibly comfortable. Perfect location, worth the high price

Excellent food. The chef is innovative in his dishes but stays true to local ingredients. He really elevates them. The tasting menu is inspired and the wine pairings are divine. The portions are a bit large if you add the extra courses. But it is sooo worth the price. The service is great also. The servers are knowledgable about the food and wine.
