We’ve been around since 1991, and our current lineup consists of an old veteran, Kevin Sproule, wise counsel in John MacNaughton, young gun Greg Gordon, and our student-at-law with a particular interest in criminal law, Jacqueline Fry.

Our lawyers are willing and able to defend those who find themselves charged with criminal, quasi-criminal, or regulatory offences under the Criminal Code, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the Traffic Safety Act, and many other statutes.

Our law firm practises criminal litigation work in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta in Red Deer, and in the Provincial Courts of Alberta in Red Deer, Stettler, Rocky Mountain House, Rimbey, Ponoka, Didsbury, Coronation, Drumheller, Wetaskiwin, and elsewhere in Alberta. We don’t really like going to Calgary or Edmonton, but from time-to-time, we have been persuaded to do so. Have Criminal Code, will travel!
