Very bad customer service. Messed up my order and also charged me more than the actual amount on the coupon. Very unorganized and very slow.

Always really fast only every wait a few minutes for a bucket of chicken

i love the management especially the girl named Gurleen at the front she was so very polite and sweet! but the driver Rakel was super disrespectful when the cashier was taking my order she kept interrupting gurleen and yelling at her. the lady rakel needs to be fired asap. the manger dory was also super nice and adorable

I just ordered the family feast. $35 of wasted money! The fries were soggy and stuck together, the chicken was also soggy and pieces missing the skin that used to taste good (it should given the calories) and had almost zero taste. The breast that was in the bucket was almost as small as the chicken wings. It came with gravy, well colored water. Even the kids were unimpressed so I made chicken gravy and threw out the one from this establishment. We ordered from here a long time ago and were unimpressed but thought, hey, maybe just a bad day. Not so, think all their days are bad. I've gone to other locations with no complaints, this one is consistently unappealing in food quality and taste. If you want KFC, go to another location. The only nice thing I have to say is that the person at the register was pleasant.

We didn't get everything thing we asked for. If dipping sauces are included and your choices mentioned on the receipt you would expect to find them in the bag when you get home. This is why you don't assume you got what you asked for.

Nice renovation. Service is still a little slow.

The chicken was a little more rubbery than I would have liked. However the macaroni salad, popcorn chicken and chicken strips were all excellent.

Thanks for the food poisoning that my entire family received and are experiencing after eating your dirty bird yesterday. I especially am enjoying the horrible diarrhea and cramping /nausea/fever/headache when im entering my third trimester! I'm going to look into some health service to report this to but in the meantime, I highly recommend unless you think being on the toilet and fighting family members to the bathroom all night is a fun situation to be put in. Dont eat here! Disgusting dirty bird go clean your damn bacterial contaminated food area!
