The poor trainee was trying her hardest but her trainer are seriously lacking in the serving side. Rude drive through. But it was fast!

I should have heeded the previous reviews on this location. where to start, yes it is too damn cold inside. ordered crispy chicken burger with NO MAYO, had to scrape all the lettuce off along with the MAYO. The drink machine NO FIZZ in any of the drinks and the ice dispenser didn't dispense ice. when i told them the drinks have no fizz, she said, we will get you ice. English might be a stretch to understand at this location. On the upside, everything is freshly made because it's not busy at all over meal times. So if you like fresh food but don't care what you end up getting, this is the place for you.

Ok. Just ok. Its kfc with toco bell. Don't expect anything amazing.

They were nice! But service is not just about being nice. Order and the charge is never right. The service is the dumb leaded the dumber of the dumbest.

I gave them a second chance today. They never get the order right. I even made an easy order today. Small popcorn chicken and barbeque sauce, repeated it twice still got it wrong. And staff was not polite.

I keep giving this KFC another chance every 4-5 months. Staff is always friendly, food is always poor quality.

Went through the drive-thru and only ordered a big box meal. Had to wait over 10 minutes. Just terrible service.

The food was great but the cashier/order taker was extremely unpleasant to deal with. Very rude!

OMG. Never have we experienced such terrible service anywhere. We order $50 worth of chicken. Waited for almost half an hour. Then have to show the guy our recipt because he didn't believe what we ordered. Wow. How can this place stay in business.

Just horrible service all the way around cold chicken the whole nine yards had to repeat my order three times even.

Great foods and fast service. The $5 FillUp is a super deal. My drumstick and thing came out crispy and juicy. Possibly the best KFC I have had in a while. My Total Entertainment YYC team (we provide DJ and entertainment services for Okotoks and Calgary) love it!
