Be careful to not ask for to much help or you may be called annoying from a certain employee. I’ve been going to kicks for decades and have never been treated this way. Extremely disappointed!

I bought a pair of soccer shoes here but they ended up being too small. When i went in to exchange them, I was expecting the same service i had the time before which was mediocre at best. But Frank greeted me and asked if i needed any help. He had lots more knowledge about the soccer shoes that were in stock, even though i have been playing soccer for over 15 years and thought i had a good grasp on what each boot offered. I now have a great pair of soccer shoes for less $$ than the previous pair that fit me exactly. All of this in under 20 minutes. Outstanding Frank. I will definitely be coming back during the day when he is around.
