Well worth it to check out King’s Court Cafe! Super nice environment to enjoy a fun time with friends. Highly recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The price for admission, food, and drink was very minimal. We had a wonderful evening playing a board game for 4 hours, only being momentarily interrupted to make sure we had everything we needed.

The staff are very nice and have excellent hospitality skills.

I love the decor of this medieval modern boardgame cafe, makes me feel at home.

Kyle is great, very friendly and willing to teach anyone (like me) who is new to Table Top Gaming. I highly recommend checking out Kings Court, it’s very nice, clean, roomy, well-lit area with lots of natural light, a private room, tournament room, and a great selection of games!!!

Kings Court is a nice place to hang out and get to know new people. You can watch or ask to join a game. The owner Kyle even played a game with me. Tuesday night D&D was awesome.

King's court is a hidden Northside gem. Now there's an easy to get to cafe with parking! Kyle, the owner, is very warm and welcoming. Definitely will be coming here again. And again :)

If I could give this place 10/5 stars I would haha. I recently met the owner at the Direct Play Expo and he was great. I've been to a few different places around Edmonton and I've NEVER met such a patient guy who just loves what he does. I will be recommending this place to every one I know.

I loved several things about King's Court Café. One - Kyle King, the owner was very friendly to talk with and open to having a game developers/designers night at his establishment. Two - it is in a location of the city that needed another boardgame café for the local community. Three - it has good sized tables to accommodate most larger sized games. Four - it currently has two really large tables with 3d terrain for miniature gaming. Five - it has a variety of boardgames and other items to buy. Six - it provides food and drink. I will definitely be coming here again.

User

Great open space for multiple gamers and games. Staff is excellent, takes care of customers and is will to discuss/answers questions.

User

Great experience at kings court. Felt like home within a few minutes. I feel like he undercharges for the service he provides.

User

Friendly service and great place to hang out. If you happen to be around on a Wednesday you could end up seeing some really awesome games still in development. Had a blast here, will definitely be returning if I'm back in Edmonton.

Also, if you play Magic or are interested in the game, this is a great place to go, he's trying to encourage more players and new players are always welcome.

Clean and spacious venue. Great and knowledgable staff. Lots of parking. Great selection and pricing of snacks and coffee. Two massive war game tables. Great place to spend the day playing games and meeting new people.
