what seemed like a great company will no longer take accountability for the damages or poor decisions of their employees...

I will ensure I let anyone and everyone moving know NOT no use their services.

We contracted King's to move from Calgary to Toronto this August.
They had a four day window to work with.
Gary in the Calgary office provided excellent, professional customer service. The driver that delivered in Toronto was right on time, professional, friendly, courteous, a pleasure to work with.
Please ensure that he is advised that we are very pleased with his service. I would recommend your company to any cross-country movers.

Kings Transfer was amazing to work with. From the time I set up my first meeting to discuss our move and obtain a quote, I knew this company would help us make our move day a smooth and stress free one, and they exceeded my expectations. They took extra care and respect with our belongings and our new home surroundings. I was also able to arrange delivery of custom made furniture and have it set up in our new home. I highly recommend Kings Transfer for any of your moving needs.

Not impressed. Slow moving crew and they damaged a piece furniture that I will have to now junk. Also, double check the invoice very closely. A strong do not recommend. I will be going with a ma and pa company next time.
