Our family has been going to Klondike for many years,we always experience the most fantastic service. The staff are very knowledgable & friendly.Definitely the best hockey shop in Edmonton! Be sure to visit them for all your cycling & sporting good needs.

User

I recently purchased several items from Klondike cycle and am more than impressed with the service I received.

Not only were the staff knowledgeable about their products, they went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations.

Thank you especially Cherie Malone, Thomas, and the rest of her team.

Great job and I will continue to shop at your store and recommend you to everyone I know.

User

I just bought my Alcatraz from Klondike and Jeff & the team were phenomenal to deal with. Not only did I receive updates while my bike was being shipped, but also suggestions and improvements that I should look into when I'm looking to modify it. Every person I talked to was knowledgeable and happy to help.

I'll definitely be back. Thanks Klondike!

User

Great customer service with knowledgeable and friendly Staff. Always find what you are looking for.

User

Great Customer Service here! Love the new location too!

User

Got a new bike for my birthday. I haven't ridden in a long time and didn't realize how much I missed it. Thanks Klondike staff.

User

Excellent neighborhood cycling and hockey shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great selection. Also they are always willing to bring in something if you can't find it on the shelf.

User

Excellent customer service and great selection of hockey equipment

User

Awesome service and selection . Buy one stick get one half off - can't beat that.

User

Always the best service and best deals. They know what they are talking about and know what to do. This is the best place in all of Edmonton and area.

User

Great local bike shop. Great prices and excellent service. No big box store will care for their customers or have the knowledge of a specialized shop.

User

very disappointed. In order to have my bike serviced at KC, I have to bring my bike down to the shop to have it inspected BEFORE KC will allow me to make an appt to have my bike serviced. Then, KC will allow me to schedule an appointment to bring my bike back at a later date to be serviced. KC then charges a (refundable?) fee for me to 'reserve' this bike servicing appt (yet, KC does not provide any paperwork or written confirmation of the reserved date for the servicing appt - which would be useful for both KC's record keeping and mine and to ensure that there is no confusion or mistake relative to the scheduled appt date), then I am advised that I have to drop my bike off at KC's shop 3 days before the date I am to have my bike serviced. The process has more hoops to jump through and is more inconvenient and more complicated than scheduling a medical or dental appt or scheduling an appt to have my car serviced. It is also far more convoluted than a number of other cycle shops in the City. One might say I should just take my bike elsewhere. I prob should. However, I bought the bike at KC and am just trying to utilize the life time servicing that KC offers with bike purchases from its shop. I know this entire process must make sense to someone but to the lowly customer/client looking from the outside in, it looks like KC has perhaps lost sight of the customer in putting in place a process which KC has clearly determined works well for its business model.

trying to send Klondike a e-mail regarding my negative experience and their e-mail keep getting bounced back

User

Store hours listed open at 10am but, we were turned away and told the store opens at 12. Nothing was posted online or at store front to reflect the holiday change. Staff was rude when we asked about the change and if we could just pay in advance or have product held.

On Monday my husband and I took 3 pairs of skate to Klondike for sharpening. My daughter could not stay on her feet and was falling all over the ice due to the very poor job that was done. My husband phoned to let them know and they very reluctantly said they would redo the skates. When I got to Klondike (a second trip from Spruce Grove)the Young man who took my skates rolled his eyes at me and deliberately made me feel uncomfortable for bringing the skates back for him to fix. When he was done I was in no way confident that they were done properly.

I then went to Pro Skate in the west and explained my experience at Klondike Cycle. He then looked at the skates and showed me flaws and divots in the blades. Pro skate then fixed my skates and did it free of charge.

The staff at pro skate were incredibly professional and friendly and my experience was great!

Klondike staff can take a page out of Pro Skates book.

Needless to say I will never go back to Klondike and my loyalties and accolades will be with Pro skate.

Thank you

Michelle Doyle

Never fails to disappoint. I decided to give Klondike a 2nd chance, everyone needs a 2nd chance. This time I only needed 2 spokes replaced and a true.

My Spoke nipples are RED, for some reason they were replaced with silver nipples. The true on my wheel was mediocre.

Definitely the last time going at Klondike.
