Knibbe Automotive Repair

I just made my first visit to Knibbe and it will not be my last. With the service I received and frank honest assessment of my vehicle I feel that I'm not handing my car over to strangers but people who actually care about your needs and your vehicle. I brought it to Knibbe after I was given 5 pages of repairs needed by a dealership of the make of the vehicle and their assessment was it needed over $5000 of repairs. I needed a second opinion and chose Knibbe from the reviews I read and I'm glad I did. There were some things that I was told we would need to watch but nothing that needed immediate attention. They have won a loyal customer from here on out. Thank you Knibbe Automotive.

I chose Knibbe because they were in my area and had good reviews. I was in a car accident and they took my car the same day I called. I was looking just to get the mechanics of my car looked at but Shaun told me he could help with some physical damage. I told them I had a restricted budget and they did so much to accommodate me. I picked the car up and drove it home but then realized a problem with my windshield washer and they fixed this problem in less than 24 hours. They had all my car issues done in just over a week and haven't noticed any problems with the car since. They made this stressful situation more calming and the customer service was excellent. I plan on using this shop for all future auto work.

There is a reason why you may have to wait a week to get your car into Knibbe. The reason is they are one of the best independent auto service shops in the NW.

Compared to horror story experiences with stealerships, the team at Knibbe are honest and transparent.

Great shop - knowledgeable, and don't try to rip you off - don't even think about the stealership go to these guys. I've been using them for years, do most minor repairs personally, but they do the big ticket items/specialty tool items and am super happy with their attitudes and service. Highly recommend them.

Amazing service from Knibbe! Vehicle was reading a lot of error codes and Joe kept me in the loop with what was going on. I had my car looked at, and paid a lot of money at Canadian Tire and the real issue was never addressed. I will recommend this place in a heart beat!!

My dad has been using Knibbe for his vehicles for years. When mine started to have problems I originally brought it to Canadian Tire who quoted me $1500 to fix it. I then brought it to Knibbe who gave me a much better and honest quote. The service was incredible and the staff was amazing. Even showed me some of the parts they took out of my vehicle. It was awesome! I ended up only needing to pay just under $900. If anyone is looking for a new mechanic, definitely go here!

This shop is way out of the way for me to go to, but the trip is worth it. (McKenzie Towne to Crowfoot). The service and expertise is top notch, prices are fair and above all else, they are honest. Give them a shot and you won't regret it. Best auto shop in town.

No words to describe how good my experience at Knibbe has been. I recently worked with Shaun, who had been helping my navigate through some tricky issues on an old vehicle. To keep a long story short, I will sum it up and just say I have never trusted a mechanic or a shop more. I'm fairly new to Calgary and tried Knibbe out through a recommendation and I hit the jackpot.

Had to get some emergency suspension work done, and the team at Knibbe came through as usual! I have relied on their expertise for years and they never disappoint. Personal, trustworthy service keeps me coming back.

Hands down the best automotive shop I've ever dealt with. you can't ask for more with their professionalism and honesty. I was referred to their shop from multiple friends and couldn't be more happy with the way they treated me. Brought it in for a diagnosis and to my surprise my car actually needed my transmission rebuilt. although this wasn't what i hoped for or was expecting, they gave me a bunch of different options to consider, even outside of their shop. ended up deciding not to use their services to fix my car, but instead to sell it for parts. they even waved the diagnosis fee because i was so upset with the status of it.

coming from someone who doesn't know a thing about cars, it means a lot to be able to trust a shop like this. thanks a million!
