I called Knight late Saturday evening after realizing my furnace was not working properly. I received a call within minutes and my technician (Kevin) arrived in less than 30 minutes! The problem was diagnosed very quickly and Kevin sourced the part required and fixed the issue in a timely matter. Kevin was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I will not hesitate to contact Kevin or Knight for any future services required.

Our evening plans took a drastic turn when we discovered the hot water pipe from our water heater was spraying water. When we attempted to turn off the water to the tank, the valve failed. There was water everywhere! We shut off the water to the entire house and called Knight Plumbing. Colin came to our rescue in a very timely manor. Our very old water heater threw some challenges at him - like a clogged drained and no close by drain for him to drain it into, but he did a great job finding a solution for the problems that were presented to him. He was able to get a new water heater installed before being called by another panicked homeowner who needed his help. Despite the late hour, he seemed very happy and willing to help those in need of his talents. Thanks for all your help getting the water back on!

An amazing experience from beginning to end. The service technician, Cole, arrived on time and even called half hour prior to let me know he was on his way. Ducts/furnace cleaned to perfection and he even brought a plumbing issue to my attention that I was not aware of. Above and beyond what was asked and likely saved me further $$ by bringing this to my attention. Very professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Great value too! Made an appointment quickly and easily. Couldn't give us any prices over the phone which I kind of understand. Colin came and replaced out hot water tank quickly and cleaned up after himself which was appreciated. He also fixed my toilet even though it wasn't what he was called out for. All said and done prices were reasonable and service was great.

Colin provided exceptional and professional service to diagnose and resolve the leak in our pedestal sink in our downstairs half bathroom. He had the plumbing tools and parts (braided hoses) to resolve the problem without the need for a second visit which often is a problem with some plumbing companies. He clearly communicated the problem in layman terms and his resolution strategy which was very appreciated. Will definitely use this company again for my plumbing needs!

I had a clogged kitchen sink and it was cleared by your fantastic technician Jay. He is friendly and knew exactly how it should be done. He has all necessary tools and steps to do the job as well as to keep the place clean while the job was being carried out. He had the patience to explain all questions that I have asked. Colin came out to our house today to try to fix our hot water heater/tank. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He explained things thoroughly and after trying to help us minimize our costs in fixing the problem, we decided to just replace the heater/tank and agreed that this was the best route to go since it was 10 years old.
